CPR license HHA license, C.N.A I have been an active caregiver since 1995. I am reliable, and an honest person. I have a big heart. I absolutely love being a caregiver. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills. Clean background check and perfect driving record.

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.
Skills & Certifications: Arthritis, COPD, Dementia, Depression, Hearing Disorders, Home Health Care, Palliative Care, Neurological Disorders, Renal and Urological Disorders, Stroke, Vision and Eye Disorders, Tracheotomy / Ventilation, Skin Disorders, HIV/AIDS

Hello! My name is Dani and I am a PhD student at Miami University. I have both a bachelors and masters degree in psychology and currently study behavioral neuroscience. During my undergraduate career I worked in senior care (5 years), and while my current position is rewarding- I truly miss being a caregiver. Being a caregiver allows you to know individuals on a deep and intimate level while helping them and their families transition during a very challenging time. I have a wide range of experience and enjoy learning new things- further, I would consider myself to be very patient, kind and reliable (essential traits for this kind of work!). The challenges of senior care are what makes this work extremely rewarding. I would love to hear from you to discuss how I can help you or your loved ones (please reach out with any questions)!

I have been a caregiver the past 6 years and I have grown to love caring for the elderly and thinking of them as my own family. I started out at 14 taking care of my grandfather and extended my health care experience from there. The thing I care about most when it comes to caring for my client is treating them as if it were one of my loved ones and getting the proper care they deserve! My passion for helping others led me into healthcare at a young age. One of my first jobs was in a nursing facility and I loved it. Caregiving feeds my soul. Every smile is a daily reminder of how rewarding my work is. I am a very bubbly, fun, and hardworking individual. Providing companionship and conversation is a must in a caregiver/patient relationship. I have great attention to detail and I'm also a fast learner. I have many years of experience to utilize, but I want to learn what methods my patient is comfortable with. I always ask questions so I'm satisfied that my patient is satisfied. I have experience with dementia/Alzheimers, cancer/chemotherapy recovery, terminal/end stage diseases, hospice care, COPD, mental health disorders, and common geriatric issues. Although most of my experience has been in nursing facilities, I recently provided hospice care for my late father. That experience has driven me to want to help others transition their loved ones with the same peace of mind that my family had with my father.
