CPR license HHA license, C.N.A I have been an active caregiver since 1995. I am reliable, and an honest person. I have a big heart. I absolutely love being a caregiver. My experience varys from client to client. Most of my clients that I have worked with have some degree of Alzheimer's. I would say that I'm very experienced in that department. My availability as far as scheduling varys. I enjoy working more hours then fewer hours. I like to work over night care the most. I am willing to work any hours of any day or night to help with my clients needs. Also holidays are not a problem either. I have wonderful references and license for my nursing skills. Clean background check and perfect driving record.

I have been a CNA for 10 years, and have worked in all different situations in many different facilities. I aspire to go further with my nursing degree, and eventually, hopefully become an RN like my mom. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a sense of purpose, I enjoy helping people. Many life lessons held dearest to my heart, came from the facility where I worked my first 2 years as a CNA. I currently work PRN for an agency based out of Indianapolis. Although I am through an agency, I have been steadily picking up at a facility in Franklin for over 5 years. I am searching for a PRN or part time option closer to home. Hello my name is Michelle Dayton. I have worked in home healthcare for close to 25 years. I have been State certified as a CNA in both Michigan and Indiana. I am not currently certified but I am a registered HHA. I get tremendous enjoyment of taking care of others. My healthcare career started as a volunteer for hospice after I lost my grandparents. I've seen what amazing work they did and how at peace my grandparents were when they passed and I chose to pay it forward. I am a little more picky on the people I take care of then other Aides for two reasons: 1. If the client and I seem to clash it's no good for anyone. So I will not waste your time or my own. I will just respectfully decline the offer. 2. The clients I take on will not be just a clients. I love my people like they're my own family and I will do my absolute best to meet every need they have. If I cannot accomplish that I will find someone who can and put you in touch with them, because there's no sense in your family members being unhappy and uncomfortable in their own home. I feel that I am very caring and compassionate with each and every client that I've had. I believe everyone deserves respect, kindness and a voice( your opinion matters to me!) I will never force your family members to do something they don't want to do. I feel they have live through several wars, a great depression and a whole lot of hardship in the past and now is their time to be pampered. If your family member needs anything or you have questions about anything if I can't answer them I will find the answers and if I have the answers I will let you know.

I am a 26 year old single mother of two boys that I love with all my heart. I have been a aid for 6/7 years. I love my job a an STNA I don't consider it a job more like my lifestyle. I've worked for Hospitals, Long term care, Rehab, Memory etc.

My passion for helping others led me into healthcare at a young age. One of my first jobs was in a nursing facility and I loved it. Caregiving feeds my soul. Every smile is a daily reminder of how rewarding my work is. I am a very bubbly, fun, and hardworking individual. Providing companionship and conversation is a must in a caregiver/patient relationship. I have great attention to detail and I'm also a fast learner. I have many years of experience to utilize, but I want to learn what methods my patient is comfortable with. I always ask questions so I'm satisfied that my patient is satisfied. I have experience with dementia/Alzheimers, cancer/chemotherapy recovery, terminal/end stage diseases, hospice care, COPD, mental health disorders, and common geriatric issues. Although most of my experience has been in nursing facilities, I recently provided hospice care for my late father.
