I am a 36-year-old woman with two years of healthcare experience who resides in the south suburbs of Kansas City. From a young age, I have possessed immense compassion, boundless energy, and an exuberant personality, all of which have enabled me to provide exceptional care that meets the highest standards. Additionally, I possess a keen sense of humor and the creative prowess to conquer any challenge that comes my way. What initially drew me to this role was the profound realization that I have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the world. The aspect of this job that brings me the greatest joy is witnessing the radiant smiles on people's faces, mainly when I am working with children and brightening their day. One of my proudest personal achievements has been obtaining my nurse aide certification, having dedicated an entire semester to this endeavor. Furthermore, I am currently attending college to expand my skills and abilities further, ensuring that I can extend a helping hand to an even larger population of people.

My name is Shawndell Rideau I've been in the medical field for about 15 years. I'm experienced in skilled nursing, homecare, special disabilities, hospice care, rehab, etc . I love what I do being able to care for other is passion and blessing to put a smile on their face. Since I was a little girl going to the nursing home with my school choir singing and dancing for the residents always made them happy . At 19 I went and got my C.N.A license and went from there pursing my passion . I went to school a couple years back and got my Medical Assistant Certification which im proud of and want to go back for my R.N.

Hey I'm sharmain family call me Tootie. I'm 34 years old. I've been in the CNA field since 2008. Soon as I graduated high school I got my Medical Assistant Diploma and been in the field since. I've stepped a way to find other careers I like as I'm doing hair cooking and working with electronics. I'm not much of a talker but when I do I can make a full room laugh I love to be goofy I do have 3 boys witch my oldest two days ago walked into adult hood. I love sports and love to cook and do art work.

I am an experienced Certified Nursing Assistant and a Student Nurse dedicated to the mission of compassionate client care. I have 3 years experience as a CNA and over 800 hours as a student nurse in hospital setting. I'm a hard-working, energetic and highly skilled professional who knows what it takes to provide high quality of care. I am also a very passionate advocate for my clients . My comforting approach to educating clients and their loved ones about health-related issues that may affect them helps create a positive environment that lifts patients' spirits, even in challenging circumstances. My philosophy is one that I will be committed to for the duration of my nursing profession. What helped me become a great care give is having patience, a kind heart, and I try my best to sympathize with my residence. What attracted me more being a caregiver is when I walk out the door knowing my residence felt like they were very well taken care of. What I enjoy about being a caregiver is knowing that I did my job right and I have no worries that everything's been taken care of and I left a smile on my residence face.

I love to help people. It's ingrained in me. I firmly believe that helping others is how we find our own place. My BA is in Technical Theatre with a dual emphasis in Sound Design and Stage Management. However, I also studied with the Nursing Assistant Training Institute in Shoreline, WA. I had my first caregiving job in college over a summer, working with a woman with severe mobility limitations, helping her with daily tasks like preparing meals and getting her into bed, as well as hearing her stories. My experience with her is what has drawn me to caregiving as a job path.

I'm a very compassionate, and loving person. I like to make people smile and feel good about themselves and the situation they are in. I love caregiving because it gives me a great feeling in my heart to help out someone who needs me, and possibly make the best of an otherwise unfortunate situation. I enjoy being hands on, and making someone quality of life better. I am most proud of myself for battling anxiety and winning. For years I have suffered from horrible anxiety and I'm finally past it. I beat it!
