I have a lot of experience working with people from many different backgrounds, I am CPR and first aid certified for all ages and AED certified. Trained on de-escalation and on trauma Informed. I am patient and willing to go above and beyond for people in my community. I enjoy using what I have learned to benefit those who need those qualities and to learn more everyday that I can share. I am so grateful to have accomplished a career that I love!

Graduated Nursing May 2022 I've been a STNA for 8 years

My mother was a nurse and I enjoyed being a part of that atmosphere, I started out being an nurses assistant and I found it more enjoyable being STNA . That is a state tested nursing aid it took me two hospitals nursing facilities and it gave me a greater appreciation for what we do and now I'm able to enjoy home healthcare which is just as enjoyable one on one private care I'm able to apply many things that I've learned over the years which helps me and the client in daily activities I have extensive nursing training there is no situation that I have not yet experienced I enjoy being a part of the healthcare field. When my mother took ill I was able to take care of her and know exactly what the doctors were talking about that was a huge achievement to be able to be supportive and stand firm on my mother's wants and needs.

After taking care of my great grandmother and watching my grandmother be a nurse for 18 years I was hooked. I love to be the person who makes my pt lives better or just a smile on their face. I love meeting and caring for new individuals and being apart of their life, care and family.

I Feel like I am a great care giver because I go above and beyond to make patients/residents feel special. I like to help people feel independent while providing all the help they may need to get through their day successfully. I feel its important to take time to listen to their wants and needs and I don't look at my care as being " just a job". Its important to me to take well care of anyone, rather it be driving the students home from school, providing care in a dialysis facility, or just providing basic needs to someone . As a young teenager at the age of 15 I attended Roger Bacon High school.A mandatory community service was in the curriculum ,I chose to do my community service at an retirement home that my great grandmother resided.My great grandmother was a chronic diabetic who had to get both her legs amputated .Since a young teenager I've always had a soft heart a big heart for others I believe in doing good to others and for others whenever possible.Im very compassionate and all about "how would you want your family member to be treated ".It became my goal to become the best caregiver ,nurse and business owner I could be.I visited my great grandmother after that everyday seeing the lack of care and comfort my grandmother received stuck in my heart to do better when I was able to.As i got older more of family members suffered and passed on from I did that for 5 years and created unimaginable bonds. I than went to college graduated and became a LPN(licensed Pratical Nurse) worked with a variety of families with an extensive list of job performances.I enjoy the bonds you create with the families and clients,I've also learned a great deal of new things through these bonds Im not just the teacher Im also the student at times which i greatly admire. I than went on to start my own private non medical homecare agency. Longterm Family were we believe in affordable and quality care.

I am Brooklyn I am very outgoing, understanding, loving, caring, very hard working I'm very dependable and a wonderful listener. I decided at 17 I would love to be a caregiver I always wanted to help someone in need grew up to have the same passion and ran to the hills with it been in love with my job career since. My favorite part of being a caregiver is seeing the happy smiles and faces as I tuck my patients in at night and hearing just a simple thank you I know I did my job and I did it right and loved every minute doing it.
