Hello I'm Natasha bolds I have been a certified nurse assistant for 21 years and i wouldn't trade it for the world I enjoy being a big help to consumers in need it's my passion I have experience in activities of daily living transferring feeding toileting bathing exercises cooking errands and so so much more I look forward to being any assist to your love one.

I'm a great caregiver, because I truly put my client's needs first, while offering companionship with peace of mind. I treat and care for my clients the way I would want someone to treat and care for my parents and grandparents. I want them to have a sense of love and security while in my care. I'm proud to say that in my care my clients gain strength, and a sense of independence becoming more secure with themselves.

I've always been a caregiver. My little brother was born when I was 3yrs. Old and I've taken care of him and my mothers other children as well, as well as my own mother. I never minded though I was good at it and it made me feel good. I love being around the elderly. I believe they don't always get the love and respect that they deserve. I am very proud to be a nursing assistant as well as a certified Activity Director. I've also completed some of my LPN classes & I intend to finish the rest of my classes. I am a loving and respectful person. I actually love working in the elderly community. While employed as an Activity Director, I implemented many new & wonderful programs such as; Second Wind Dreams, Ribbons & Rhythms, and Adopt A Heart, Dementia Training for myself and I taught this program to other staff members. I am a hard worker and I am punctual & dependable. I also love what I do.

I became a care giver because I enjoy working with people, and I have patient for people, every since I been a little girl I had to be deprived from doing things with my friends because I had to help care for my grandmother she raise me until she left me at the age of fifteen so that's why I feel that "God" have me here to help the needed people's in this world. What I like about being a care provider is knowing that I could help someone who's in need and that the family members could be releave knowing that they have someone that cares just as much as they do. My most personal achievement that I can say that I'm proud of is knowing the fact that I was created on this earth to help people and cherish every moment of knowing that I can put a smile on someone's face and that means a lot knowing you made someone feel good about themselves. Something that I can say about myself is that I'm smart intelligent bright minded and very religious I'm s mother, a wife, and a great grandmother I like to read, shop, get my hair, and nails done also go to the casino every so often and spend the little time I have left with my family and friends I don't have to much time to do anything to much with my time because I enjo working a lot and I have multiple of jobs that I do to make ends meet but other than that I'm just home and on my computer playing games.

I love to work with people especially the elderly. This why I chose not to go higher in my field. The fact as a cna you work and have hand on relationships with your pts/residents/or clients. I enjoy talking and hearing their life experiences (something most people doesn't have time to do.) I am proud of my years in this profession (25 yrs). Working at the nursing home (New Orleans Home & Rehab.ctr.) Charity Hospital of New Orleans. I am very proud my work experience speak for itself.

I'm a very loving and caring person, it just feels me with joy to help out. I am not lazy in the slightest and I understand the concept of respect quite well. I've always wanted to be a caregiver ever since I worked for my mother's hospice care and it was such a great experience. A personal achievement I'm proud of is never missing a day of or being late for work as well as not having any complaints from my co-workers or my boss.
