There I started helping out w/ taking care of Family and eventually started working for Agencies. One thing I know w/ having to work both Facilities & Homes, it's both rewarding. Difference is Time & Quality of Care! Facility definitely needing to manage Time/ Quality for each patients. Home Care is best for Patient. I also have hospital experience, as well as, working with the Alzheimer, dementia, and mentally disabled. I am available Monday through Friday. I prefer 24 hr shifts. Willing to travel up to 2 hours aways for longer shifts.
