I think the traits that make me a good candidate for caregiver are that I am empathetic to the client's situation, understanding that I am their to assist the client' in achieving their goals, and I'm an active listener and truly try to get a view of the entire situation going on. I have worked with many different populations with stronger emphases in mental health, developmental disabilities, and addiction and recovery. I have worked with clientele as young as 18 and as old as 90, so I am rather comfortable working with any age group.

Hello I am 52 years young, I have over 15 years in the healthcare field. As a teenager I volunteered at my local Hospital as a Candy striper where I assisted in admitting patients and transporting and other duties. I enjoy helping clients and families maintain a happy and healthy life style. while able to stay at home. I have worked with a variety of ages from 6 to 90 years of age . Over all am proud to say I love to meet and go beyond to put a smile and make a difference .

I'm a 23 year old that has a old soul. I love helping others. I work with multiple clients with different backgrounds , so I can not work full-time.

I enjoy helping others. I am patient, gentle, empathetic and a very good listener. I believe any obstacle can be conquered with the right tools and a positive team on your side. Understanding, compassion and a positive outlook can make a world of difference in a person's life, including their overall health and well-being. I began working in the healthcare field at the age of 18. I believe I have found my true purpose in life. My goal with each individual is to provide excellent care while making them feel respected and at ease while helping to maintain a positive self image and feeling of independence. Seeing the look of pride and accomplishment in a person's eyes when setting and accomplishing a goal is very rewarding.

I am very patient and respectful,to all elderly and sick individuals because how I started doing home healthcare was cause my grandfather suffered from Alzheimer's and I took care of him full time for three years so I completely understand what it's like too deal with the experience of having someone who u love go thru a medical situation.

I have taken care of my grandfather FOR about 3 years prior to his passing. I am a very kind and caring individual. I am very overprotective when it comes to elderly. I don't like it when the much younger generation try to take advantage of them. I am very sympathetic to their pain weather ot emotional and or physical. I was a Certified Nursing Assistant for 5 years. Which alluowed me to experience taking care of the elderly in and out of facilities. The one thing that I enjoy most about taking care and helping them is learning from them and bonding with them. All that they ask is to be treated with respect and for someone to simply listen. When they dp something on their on time am amazed and always praising them for a job well done. I let them know throughout the day of how very proud of them I am. A personal achievement that I am proud of is being able to move to a new state and city and start fresh at a new life.

Lukes east as an tech experenced in all sorts of pt care duties all so have worked in a very busy emerency room. able to to give CPR if needed and also AED Also have worked in surgery as an anest. tech. able to handle emergercy problems. kind a great grandma! love people extra always helps.

Being a caregiver for me is more of an assignment, of giving lots smiles, laughter and love. I'm a very happy person, who believes passionately that laughter cures the soul. I started in the health field in 1984, wasn't quit sure what was expected, but soon realized I have a passion for bring joy. Meeting new families, receiving positive energy from any situation. The knowledge I have is exceptional. My most proudest personal achievement has been to raise 4 beautiful and successful children. One of which went into the Navy and retired a Navy Nurse. I knew he was medical bond when I saw how attentive he was with the patients at the hospital where I worked when he was a young boy.
