Iam very caring and thoughtful person and try to make the person iam taking care of comfortable and happy. Iam going to school for nursing at uab and bring a hospital background. I became a caregiver after my dad became ill with dementia and took care of him. Iam cpr certified and first aid certified.

I became a caregiver because I love to help people in need. I like seeing people feel better because I have done something great for them. I have been serving my area since 1996. I have many clients that I have nursed back to taking care of themselves and also providing peace to the ones that are terminal and just making them comfortable in there last days. I started by building her confidence and and replacing her negative mindset and fears with positivity and hope. She was so happy when she finally walked on her own again. Now she is up and moving like never before. And the happiest I've ever seen her.

Hi my name is Bianca Donerson, I've been a Certified Nurse Assistant since Sept. 2013, I've worked in Nursing Homes, Rehab Centers, and I've even done Hospice and Home Health. I've worked with people of all walks of life. Since I've gotten my certification years ago, i have really enjoyed working with seniors, disabled, and mentally challenged clients.
