I worked as a PCA at Lowell general hospital in the ICU for 7 years where I gained a ton of knowledge and I enjoyed it very much, following that I accepted a postion as a practice manager of a primary care physican office which I was employed there for 18.5 years, my family and I relocated and purchased a home in Rindge NH and we love it here. I've been doing home care since 2021 and I absolutely adore helping others, I have a soft spot for elders, and all humans in need of help, being a PCA/HHA gives me great purpose in life and I truly enjoy meeting new clients and being able to provide them with the highest quality care they deserve. Ever since freshman year in high school, I have always wanted to do something that related to the medical field. First it was orthopedics and then pharmacy. I did not know that my mind would change to care giver until my junior year. I took a health science technology class starting my junior year. It was a two year class. Junior year was more focused on anatomy and physiology and Senior year we got to decide which path we wanted to go down. I chose the LNA path. I have always wanted to help people and going towards this path seemed like a sure-fire way to get there. I loved doing my clinicals at the two nursing homes near my school. It was an amazing experience. Knowing that I can help someone get through their day a little easier meant the world to me. Almost six years after graduating high school, I am still doing what I love and taking care of the people that need it the most.

I'm a former CNA and graduated from salter school tewksbury ma for my medical assistant certificate. I'm very caring and compassionate about the consumers that I support.

I once lived near an elderly housing complex and saw the need of elderly who who were badly in need of help and could not afford. I began volunteering and never stop. I love helping people. I am very proud that was able to save the life of an elderly who was not aware that she had developed early stage cancer. I took her to MGH and the cancer institute for testing. She was quickly diagnosed and began treatment on that very day. She is still in remission as we speak. I am a reliable, dedicated, compassionate, loving, hard working, and a very caring individual and I love helping people. Ian reliable, get along well with both coworkers and patients and I also have excellent communication skills. I have been in the health care business for many years.

I have become, what I consider myself to be, an amazing caregiver. I have a huge heart and i tend to put everyone I care for above and beyond everything else. I listen carefully to peoples needs as well as wants and do my very best to provide what is expected by them or the families NO QUESTION. I decided I wanted to be a caregiver at a young age. My grandmother was diagnosed with dementia and everyone in my family brushed it off as just 'old age'. Well, I wanted to learn more about this dementia and see what I could do to help better her life and the lives of others in this predicament. What I am proud of most is all the positive feedback from families as well as co-workers, managers included, about how great I am and how lucky a place or family is to have me. I have many personal achievements but the one I am most proud of, is I will ALWAYS and forever as long as I am caring for loved ones of my own or others, put quality over quantity. I have learned that people need good care no matter the life span, young or old.

I first became a care giver because it was easy to get a job as a care giver but then I began to enjoy the fact that I make the difference between a good day or a bad day to my clients by trying my best to meet their needs and making them comfortable and needed .I am a mature woman who has both handicapped and elderly close family members so I know what care and compassion can do to such individuals.
