Hello my name is Laronda Johnson. I have been a CNA for 14 years. I love helping people and their times of need. I have a lot of experience and caring for the elderly. I love what I do because I make a difference in people lives.

I am a very optimistic and caring person. I treat and take care of others the way I would want to be treated. I love to smile and bring my happiness and smile everywhere I go. I do get attached to the people I take care off! I love helping people and have a huge heart. A personal achievement I am proud of is being able to stay positive during the pandemic and continuing to do what I love most which is helping people and my community

I became a care giver because I always wanted to help people give them the love and care that they need I like about caregiver is that I love doing care treating with respect and dignity treating them like they are mines because I really Care about them and what they go through and listening to them when they need some one to talk to I'm am very proud of my self of the person I am today. I went to job corps and finish school I never gave up on my self because I know I can do it I have faith in my self so I'm very proud that I wising up and became a CNA well I'm 20 year's old went to job corps and receive my high school diploma and my CNA certification I'm always on time work hard dedicated my strength is working hard giving the care to my residents at the same time my weakness is I don't like to see tears cause I will cry but it's ok to cry I will cry with my residents all day long if they need me to cry with them not a problem at all. Now I'm 24 i Beat Cancer 3-1/2 years ago and I'm a Cancer Survivor and I'm still working as. Certified Nurse Assistant and a Personal Care Aide I still have a deep connection on working with the elders and Cancer patients no matter what I went thru i still have the love and care to take care of people that's my passion and I love what I do.

I have an intense background in mental health counseling and drug counseling. I did volunteer social work through my church , I enjoy helping people and like to utilize my background and skills. I am proud of my college degree and family

I am a very ambitious person and willing to learn new things. I started taking care of grandmother when I was younger and then took that and made it into a career. I enjoy being able to make someone's day by helping them with there ADLS. Also being their companion is very important in caregiving's. My personal achievement I am most proud of is having 2 children and watching them grow up.

I am an empathetic, considerate, and reliable person . I love what I do I am a passionate person, who loves helping people. I'm a people-person. I love meeting new people and learning about their lives and their backgrounds. What I like most about my job, I love putting a smile on there face and I also get to be apart of the family. it's my passion, to be there for others especially when they have no one else. I went back to finish my career which was I tough descious. I have over 25 years of experience. I had to lower my hours, change my life circumstances, etc.. but I enjoy it. I am a mother of 8 a grandmother of 4 and I just take life one day at.

I am 20 years old I turn 21 next month December 10th and I've been in the hha/Pca positions for 3 years since I graduated high school in 2020

Let me start by writing about what I know. No matter how much excellent medical and/or psychological care and loving support a person may receive, the person who is facing challenges inevitably feels fragile and experiences a crisis of confidence. Total care only begins at the bedside. The whole environment becomes part of the treatment plan, with a goal of encouraging the person remain engaged in the day to day decisions and activities that govern his or her life. The next thing I know is that, regardless of how smart I think I am, that person with challenges has his or her own agenda and will put every effort into achieving those goals. This deserves great respect. This requires negotiation. This requires a sense of humor. This requires open minds. This is what I know. And since every situation is different, there is no cookie cutter big enough to consider all the possibilities for care and support. Every case depends on intelligent decisions, patience, and cooperation. All laced with healthy doses of kindness.
