Hi everyone, My name is Danielle, but everyone calls me Dani. I'm a certified Home Health Aide (soon to be a certified CNA and PCT (yes I have goals) that has over ten years experience in the health field. I have worked with individuals in the MR population, Veterans, individuals who are homeless, the Elderly, individuals who suffer from Substance Abuse, at risk teens and parolees. In this role, I have served hundreds of patients in their home with basic but exceptional service in duties such as: personal hygiene, healthcare, feeding, toileting, bathing, medication reminders and grooming. My expertise consist of the following: Dementia Alzheimer Autism Developmental Disabilities Blind Non-Verbal Non-Mobile Wheelchair usage Hover usage Catheter usage and more I absolutely love working in the health field. I love being able to help others and being their safe haven. Just being able to put a smile on individuals faces makes me happy.

A few things about myself I have 5 children, I go to college full time for Business and have always had a passion for taking care of others! Below I have answered a few questions so you can get to know me better! What are your personality traits or expertise that help you be a great caregiver? I love helping others, great at communication, passionate, kind hearted, and always treat patients as if they are my own family. What attracted you to being a caregiver? My mom was sickly when I was growing up so I always helped her and knew that I had a passion for it! I love being able to help others and make sure they get the best possible experience! What do you enjoy most about being a caregiver? The ability to help others and provide them the assistance and care they need! What is a personal achievement you are proud of? Continuing my education.

Im a good listener. I am kind, caring and patient. I am dependable. I love the elderly. I love it when they talk about growing up, meeting their spouses,maybe went off to war and of course their grandchildren and great grandchildren. I enjoy making a difference in their lives. Raising my children is what im most proud of.

Being a caregiver is more then assisting you're client/friend is comfortable and cared for in their home. Its about being there for them to lift their spirits up, to have someone that cares about their needs & someone that is there threw it all. Companionship is a key in all relationships with clients because they must feel comfortable with you inorder to have a great relationship. With talking to them you can insure what theyre likes/dislikes are and how to better their days or situations

Helping people in their homes , for one on one care that most do not receive in a nursing facility. I am also CPR and first aid certified. I am also a med-tech, and diabetic trained and certified. I enjoy the company and getting to know new people.

I love helping people

I am qualified as a CNA and EMT-B. My CPR is current. I enjoy taking care of others and quality of care is my goal. I have worked in skilled care and aggressive rehab units for the past 8 years. I have worked on memory care units and that is something that I enjoy. I not only have experience with adults; but also with children. I have twin daughters that I care for when I am not working.
