I've been a CNA & ERtech for 20+ years from hospitals, home-care,hospice to schools,no job is too small or large if there's a need I can fill or fit into. My mother was an RN that owned a large senior day care that I grew up in, in her twilight years I became her caregiver so I've been on both sides of the 'caregiver' role, I know how hard it is to find a good match and how important dependability, honesty and a compassionate heart is. I've remained in this role all these years because I genuinely love history and people to me are the ultimate living walking history especially seniors. I've won many awards but I'm most proud when I'm able to bring comfort or a smile to someone. I have many references letters and awards, can provide all at interviews my hourly rate is negotiable depending on hours, pay is negotiable.

I have been a CNA for 11 years now. I love what I do ever since I was little. I'm going back to school to get my RN. I love my patients that I care for and I care got them as if they were my own family members.

I am a loving and caring person. I treat my patients or clients like family not a patient or client. What attracted me to being a caregiver is my grandmother i seen her come into people lives and make them smile and brighten up their day and I wanted to have the same impact on people lives. What i enjoy most about being a caregiver is being a help to someone, showing genuine love and care, and making clients feel better about their day. A personal achievement that I'm proud of is becoming part of healthcare.

Washing his clothes, make sure he took his medication. Take him what every he need to go. I'll cook for him. Made sure he had a smile on his face. That's why I enjoyed helping him.. Hi, I'm Ashley , and love working with elders.. it is my passion , and it all started when I was asked to help care for my grandma with Parkinson's , I worked with her for 4 years full time and she encouraged me to do nursing school, but between having 2 kids , ages 9 and 6 nursing school is not in the cards , I am very outgoing , and love to listen. I am caring and patient. I love doing the CNA side of the work , I also got my certification for phelbotomy and medication aide.

My personality trait, I am very patient, I am a good listener, I love working with my residence in their home. Helping my grandmother and her friends when they was in need. And enjoying it.
