I love taking care of the elderly because when my grandparents were alive I would help my mother take care of them, this is how I realized this was my calling. Caring for my grandparents gave me first-hand experience in caregiving. When I take care of others, I am reminded of my grandparents and hope to provide the same love and care for others.

Hi my name is clarissa Adams I'm a single mother of one and been caregiving for 10 years now. I chose this career because enjoy creating bonds with clients and their family and this is also a job that has to be done. I used to work in a nursing home and did not like the way the clients were being treated and I felt like no matter how much I report anything even though I will if I see something wrong its up to the caregivers to make sure that they show compassion and be considerate of the clients and do their job properly. I understand that sometimes the family just cant be there for their loved one and it completely doesn't mean they don't love them that's where I come in I have no issue with working over I'm very reliable I often sacrifice my holidays for clients but I consider them family as well. Most of all I would love to get to know you the caretakers of my future clients. I'm very polite and have plenty of experience in hospice care and basic needs care. I would love for you to get to know me better in person if you choose me. Thank you for taking the time to consider me God Bless.

I'm very compassionate when it comes to taking care of my patient's and I'm an excellent listener. I have been in the health career for fifteen years and I'm currently in the nursing program at Richland Community College to become an RN. I would like to help someone in there home that needs help with activities of daily living because I feel it's important to manage care at home, where they feel the most comfortable. I enjoy the compassion it takes to be a good caregiver and I enjoy helping others. My personal achievement that I'm proud of is I continue to love the nursing field and I love the opportunity to be able to grow and learn different areas of nursing and home care is one that I feel I will enjoy as well.

I became a caregiver about 4 years ago I absolutely enjoy working with the elderly and love being there for them physically mentally and emotionally I have a very loving vibe and also very caring I'm very outgoing and easy going I love to talk with the elderly people and see how there life was growing up and just being there for someone for them to talk to so they won't feel alone. Although every day can be different and challenging in many ways I learned how to cope with certain things as I've grown over the years in the healthcare field. I'm very friendly and someone you can trust to get the job done the right way to take care of your loved one.

1. I always enjoyed volunteering and helping the elderly and disabled growing up in a nursing home and making a difference 2. Helping others and my heart feels good at the end of the day I enjoy it 3. When I worked as an Activity Assistant in a nursing home I was asked to join a family whos family member enjoyed me conducting activities at his final breath as he passed it was an honor and I felt happy that I was able to hold his hand as he went to heaven 4. Quiet, Shy, late 40s who lives alone and likes this kind of job and helping others. I enjoy music, reading, cats, and walking. My passion is to help others stay their homes and for over a year I have struggled to make ends meet and find this type of work. Iam reliable, hardworking, willing to learn, and compassionate. Please Iam in dire need of income and I want to be given a chance to work and stay in this line of work. Iam willing to relocate for a live in position as I need work. My dream is to be a live in caregiver and Im willing to relocate as there is no state budget and home care agencies are not hiring, so Iam willing to relocate to the South Suburbs of Chicago. Please contact me thank you I need the work as Iam not living my dream. Thank you

I have been a CNA since 2007 after completing a health occupations course in high school. I have always had a passion for helping people and am truly blessed to have landed a wonderful career in healthcare as a radiologic technologist. I have done various caregiver jobs from hospital, in home and nursing home thought the years, especially while I was in college. The reward of being able to help those in need is a wonderful blessing. Life gets busy and sometimes we need an extra help from another person to help continue life. I enjoy every client or patient I have ever taken care of and enjoy hearing stories from back in the day! I have continued serving those in need outside my full time position. I currently work Monday through Friday and have every Saturday and Sunday off. I am looking to assist others on Saturdays and Sundays. I am current on BLS and CNA.
