My name is Johnecia Kyles, I have a grandmother that I use to help my mother take care of whenever she was busy. Which is what attracted me to becoming a caregiver. I have a ton of experience in assisting, patience, understanding and so much more. I seen how just having someone care for you when you really need it can have a huge impact and how much easier it made their daily duties less stressful. I enjoy the 1 on 1 time and listening to their stories about what life use to be like for them. Hello, my name is Libby Mileur. I am currently 19 years old and am going to school for nursing. I also have a job Monday-Friday working at a daycare/school. On my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I LOVE shopping and eating. I think i would personally be a good caregiver because I love helping people. I love making people feel wanted and loved. I enjoy being a caregiver because it gives me a chance to help someone with something that they cannot do their self. I am a caregiver because I love people. There are not enough people to give care and attention to folks who need another set of strong yet gentle hands. I like to listen, talk and generally make people feel important and worth while. Caring giving is rewarding work. It makes me feel good when I can ease a burden and make someones day better because I was there. I am very proud of my ability to make friends and win trust. I worked for a nursing home in Iowa. There was one resident in particular that was hard for CNA staff to get along with. She wasn't very friendly at first but I squatted down in front of her, and explained this was the job I chose to do because I love helping people. She could see I was sincere, and warmed up to me knowing she wasn't a burden to me, and I liked helping her. I am in my second semester of school for Respiratory Therapy. I am love being in my yard gardening. My first grandchild will be 1 year old this July 21st. I'm a pretty good cook and a tidy house keeper.
