Patience is the most important thing a caregiver should have, those who provide home care to others need to be patient, have the compassion and ability to help others. Cna experience of 2 years, I moved from Kansas City to beautiful Illinois a couple months ago, I find being a CNA is the most gratifying experience out there, making beautiful connections, listening to stories and providing that compassion. Being a mom of 2, I only expect the same love I give out, for my children later in the years!
