I have been giving personalized compassionate care for 24 yrs. I have experience in hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living and hospice facilities as well. I believe in caring for the individual as a whole, taking care to look as their physical needs, mental/emotional needs and spiritual needs.I can be a liaison between other care providers and your doctor if necessary, I will take clients to doctor appointments to convey progress or decline in health. I will ensure that their nutritional needs are met and work with my clients to help them achieve the highest quality of life through daily exercising whether lying in bed, in a chair or able to stand/walk. I focus on what my client is able to achieve rather than what they cannot. I truly believe it is in the best interest of my patients to remain in their familiar surroundings if at all possible. I have excellent references . I look forward to meeting with you to discuss your individual needs. Christ's Peace
Skills & Certifications: Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
I became a CNA in July of 2014 after losing my daughter Karleigh to a genetic disease SMA. It's alot like ALS except it's the infant form. I wanted to help people in the same way that the nurses and staff helped my baby girl. I fell in love with the job. I started the pre nursing school in 2016 and am currently going for my RN at Lewis and Clark. Now that I take care of people for a living I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

Hi, an thanks for taking the time to read this. I'm not one to talk about me, so this feels a little strange ..but here I go. I believe what makes me a good caregiver, is because I really do care. Years ago I use to work in nursing homes an did home health. I saw a lot an it wasn't good. I will never let anything happen to anyone I care for. I started working for a company called Impact CIL, where I take care of those with a disability . Now, I'm wanting to branch out more like this here. I am 58 an my kids are grown an gone. So this is what I'm choosing to do with my life, help others. I am certified but through Impact CIL only at this time. Looking forward to meeting you an talking w you. Or just listen. Have a blessed day, Mariam Sutton

I'm a very caring patient person. I love to talk about anything that is interesting which is everything. I love to make peoples lives easier and fun. I have a lot of experience with caring for people. I enjoy bringing a smile and good conversation to any situation that comes my way. I volunteer as a Boy Scout leader for my local Boy Scout Troop. Giving back to the community is fun and exciting.
I am a mother of 2 grown children , grandmother of 2 little boys, have been married for 25 years , I have taken care of people with disabilities for over 15 years . I love taking care of people, this job makes me feel useful and I love what I do. I will do my best to make your family member feel wanted and needed.
I have been certified twice , I took class for the handicapped and also went to school for the elderly. I talk to them first so their comfortable with me and I just as ask," what would you like for me to do for you today". You would be surprised at what little things they want to make them happy. I always treat them the way I would want to be treated when I reach their age. Knowing that their happy when I leave is the best achievement I could ever ask for. I had a background check in 2015 and passed with flying colors
I would be a great caregiver because I like to make people laugh when they cry, happy when their sad, & uplift their spirits when needed. I love helping people whether it's cooking which I love to do. Shopping who doesn't like food lol. I think it's a great thing to help others because someday when I get older I'll need the same and I don't want anybody to mistreat me if it were me. What I enjoy most is being able to build a relationship with a client. My personal achievement would have to be dealing with older people because even though they can be challenging to deal with there are still loving people out here.
I feel like there is a purpose for everyone in this world, and in my life, one of my purposes is to care for people in need no matter what it may be. I love being told I am a great worker or being told I make a difference in someone's life. One personal achievement I am proud of is graduating CNA class, and going on to further my career in the medical field. I am a hard worker. When there is something that needs to be done, I will gladly do it. I am a great listener and I have a big heart so I love hearing stories about others lives.
I am patience, compassion, attentiveness, dependability, and trustworthiness, What attracted me to be a caregiver-I enjoy working with people i like the one on one interaction I enjoy helping the older adults like doing work that has potential to make a difference in someone"s life -I enjoy most about being a caregiver-It"s a rewarding experience, accomplishment, making a difference,Im open minded, and fun person, and I"m realistic, and being down to earth ,and i have lots of empathy-provided exceptional care to elderly patients provided them with a happy and comfortable life.-and treat my patient like I would want to be treated with respect.
