Hello! Thank you for considering me as your care giver. I've been a caregiver since I was 16 years old. I always had a dream of helping others in any way I can. My first experience with caregiving was caring for my grandmother who suffered from dementia. I spent time with her, looking through photo books, exchanging stories, going for walks, and I'd help her cook meals, and eat towards the end of her journey. I find this to be the most rewarding job. I put my whole heart into my work. I make sure every person I care for is heard, loved, and receiving the best care possible. I'm a very compassionate person. I love to learn new things, I am always willing to learn something new to expand my knowledge in caregiving in order to provide the best care

Hello, I'm Jennafer. I previously worked for a VA Medical Center as a nurses aid. I loved my job, unfortunately I moved and it was too far in distance. I am CPR certified, and have experience with most common elderly illnesses and diseases. I worked with a lot of patients suffering from either dementia, Alzheimer's, diabetes, urinary, respiratory, cardiopulmonary, restorative, and more. I absolutely enjoy making people happy and being part of people's lives, which is one reason I believe makes me great at care giving. I love to talk and companionship is a big plus for me in the healthcare field. I am very compassionate about the care I provide and I enjoy the friendships I get to make. I am always looking for ways and opportunities to better my skills and care. Just for a little extra info, I do speak some spanish, however not too fluent; I also play several musical instruments in which I got to share music with some of the residents I cared for.
