I am very committed to making a positive difference in all patients' lives that I have worked with. Quite honestly, I think this is the only way I can contribute to the community is to work in the healthcare field, volunteer, and be an excellent support to those in need. I have a few achievements that I am proud of in my life, but the one that mattered to me the most would be able to be done with school this year. I will earn my BA in Psychology Studies.

I Assisted patients with various activities of daily living, including using the toilet, bathing, dressing, preparing food, eating, drinking, and moving around. Followed patient care plan directives as recommended or instructed by nurse. Performed regular homemaking chores, such as doing dishes, sweeping and mopping floors, doing laundry, and cleaning patient medical equipment. Ensured safe, healthy, clean, and uplifting patient environment at home. Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting to implement skill acquisition and behavior reduction treatments as directed by the supervisor. Collect and record data on patient behavior. Collaborate, communicate, and assist with the training of clients, parents, and staff.

I enjoy working with and taking care of people. I am currently in nursing school and I have always wanted to be a nurse so I can take care of individuals who not be able to care for themselves. I think if I can make a small difference in one person's life then I have done my job. What I most enjoy about being a caregiver is the connections I make with my clients and their families; those connections are everlasting.
