I am compassionate and patient, and a care-oriented person, as I have a high level of empathy and training as a Psychologist from Venezuela, I was trained to care for the elderly. I love to support other people to feel better and they have a more functional life.

I am a mother of five children - one a senior in high school down to second grade. I adapt well in various environments and to differing needs. I learn quickly and am eager to get to know the person I am assisting and what helps them to feel cared for. I am particularly empathetic to those struggling in their, perhaps new, limitations . I am more likely to learn FROM those I care for than anything else. It is a gift to try and make daily life more manageable and enjoyable for another human being.

I'm very kind and bubbly! I love making people smile and laugh. What I love about being a caregiver is I love making peoples lives easier and making them happy and comfortable. My personal achievement was I finished and passed my Medical Terminology course

As a health professional ( I have 20 years experience from my county) I have devoted my expertise to take care of people. I'm passionate to help people. I'm confident in my abilities to deliver basic patient care skills. I have worked directly with people living with HIV and have demonstrated to patients and their families how to conduct DLA activities. I was proud with my an ability to counsel patients and their families by accepting the disease also showed my ability to communicate effectively, patiently with different types of people.

I am a caregiver with a strong sense of compassion and empathy. I find fulfillment in providing care and support to others. My patience allows me to handle challenging situations with composure and understanding. I am flexible and able to adapt to the changing needs of clients. Effective communication is important to me, as it helps establish trust and rapport with both clients and their families. I bring to the table 10 years of taking care of elderly all the way to mental illness. I love that we can allow the elderly to stay in their homes for as long as possible. I work full time at Mayo Clinic and looking to make extra cash. I also pick up at home instead going to clients homes and helping them with what they need

Why did I become a Caregiver? I have been gifted with Compassion and Empathy. My diverse life experiences have allowed me to care for people with Dignity and Grace. I see those I care for as a whole person not Just their disease, disability or situation. During my hands on experience in Group Homes, One on One companionship, Private CNA Caregiver, Nursing Home and Nanny experience. I have acquired many skills and tools that have allowed me to care for others with dignity and grace. Despite their dementia, schizophrenia, autism, Asperger's, or mental illness. The Individuals I care for celebrate this person-centered care. I see and respect them as the most important person in my Now. A personal achievement I am proud of is my Patience, Love and Understanding. My ability to adapt quickly. I moved to Florida three summers ago from Minnesota. I have yet to get used to the Florida summers. However, I do enjoy and embrace the Flora, Foliage and Fauna. I see something new everyday. My new favorite Florida bird is the Painted Bunting. I love living Life on Life's Terms. What a Beautiful Gift.
