My jobs have consisted of bathing (personal care), meal preparation, transferring client With gait belt, trach care, hospice care, shopping, administering medications, companionship, exercise, cancer care and etc. I am highly experienced in working with people that struggle with Dementia/ Alzheimer's. I started as an Activities Coordinator at a Memory Care community and then advanced to become a Sales Counselor at an Assisted Living/Memory Care Community. I have a passion for serving seniors and especially love working with those who have neurological disease states such as Dementia or Alzheimer's. I paid (out-of-pocket) for "Core" Training to become an Executive Director at a Senior Living Community. I an a single mother of 2 girls and 3 furr babies. I began Healthcare at age 18 because my grandmother fell ill and needed 24 hour care. It ended up being a huge blessing because I found My true calling in life. I went to college for something completely different but I just wasn't passionate about that industry like I am about providing quality care.
