I have been a CNA since 1996. I have worked as a medication aide since 2002. I love the mature generation! It is my passion and calling to care for them. I would say Caring and compassion and being an advocate are some of my greatest strengths. I will always go above and beyond. If we are the right fit you won't just have a caregiver you will have a friend.

Hi, thanks for checking my profile. My name is Wade Montgomery and I am 42 years old and currently working for LPS and High Plains Alzheimer's Care Center. Besides work I spend most of my time with my sister and her family as well as my dog Cookie. I came back from San Diego 5 years ago to help my Grandparents off the farm and move into town and it was as at that point I realized family is the most important thing in life. I love be a caregiver, I love helping, and interacting with people. I am a competent, trustworthy, loving, caring, thoughtful individual that is considerate towards a person feelings and needs.
I have currently been in the nursing field for 12 years now. The things that attracted me to wanting to be in the nursing field are when I was a child my grandfather was put on hospice my grandmother kept him at home and had home care nurses in and out. I loved watching what they do and seeing my grandfather so comfortable at the end of life was a good feeling on a sad heart. I[?] also have a passion to help people and give them the care that they need to make their medical experience more enjoyable. I'm a patient, caring and kind woman who loves what she does and make sure each clients needs are met to their personal satisfaction. What I enjoy most about what i do is going above and beyond to make sure each clients needs are met. I also enjoying making the patient and their family are satisfied with the care provided.
Hello, I have been a Cna since 2008, and I love caring for other people, and having the opportunity to make a difference in someone's life. I got in to this field after losing my grandparents, and Watching the care they were given, and I knew in my heart that this was what I was meant to do. I have tons of compassion, experience in bathing, feeding tubes, catheters, trech's, working with patients with Dementia, Autism, Spina Bifida, Multiple Sclerosis, Diabetes, etc. I am trustworthy, respectful, dependable, and would give you and your loved one the best care that I possible can. I look forward to hearing from you!
I became a Cna looking to finish a nursing degree that I had started previous to living in Nebraska. After receiving my Cna and working in a fully skilled facility I realized that was my calling. Not nursing as I had previously thought. I prefer direct contact with the people I am caring for and found that as a nurse you spend most of your time behind the scenes. I have done this for almost 2 years and I couldn't imagine doing anything else. I am great at this, do to my desire to make everyone happy and loving to see them smile. The love I get in return for my care is better than any amount of money could be. Feels good to make a living doing what you love and being loved in return.
My mom had Dementia and I was her caregiver when my father passed. Granted she resided in a Retirement community I still saw to it that her medications were correct and delivered in cassettes, that her doctors appts were made and that we got to them. Still was able to be her daughter, but as time and the digression of Demention took its toll, it became necessary to move her to a memory community. So she was my inspiration and teacher for becoming a CareGiver. I love what I'm able to offer clients and everyone I've had and have teach me so much. It's my passion and I'm with someone every day. I have great humor. I was born and raised here and it seemsalmost every client I've had/have, we end up knowing someone together. I hope you'll find my profile encouraging and what you are all needing as a CareGiver where we can arrange a meeting.
I have a big heart, one that cares deeply for people. All my patients look forward to me coming and feel better when I've been there. I love a home environment and appreciate getting to know one client very well, to provide the best care possible. I've worked in the health field most of my life, and providing care in someone's home is my first choice of any work. I enjoy building a comfortable and reliable routine, this goes a long way in developing peace of mind for the person receiving care and their families. Very important for my own family was that they would be able to remain home for both recovery and end of life care, and that I was able to provide that care.
