I am a person who is careing and attentive. I am a hard worker who takes my job seriously no matter the job. I became a Caregiver due to wanting to help others that can't help them self's due to what ever physical disablitiy they may have i want to help.

I have been caregiving for over 5 years. I am very patient. kind, and trustworthy. I started caregiving by helping a friend with her mother who has Alzheimer's. I enjoy helping the elderly, talking with them and assisting with their care needs. Letting them feel some independence , yet safe at home. I have a 10 year experience in caregiving. I've been a caregiver for 10 years five as a med tech working at retirement home and two years working with hospice taking care of patients I love to help others make them feel very comfortable. Make them feel safe. I'm a very friendly person my mother of two kids. I'm my wife and love pets. I have two dogs myself and a cat so I'm OK with pets. I'm a very friendly and compassionate person.

More than anything I love to hear people's life story, I feel caregiving provides the bridge to form a special trust, and experience another person's life. I have always been a loving, compassionate person and love to take care of people. I have a 93 year old mom and see the challenges elderly people have and how most of them do not have any help. I am presently taking care of a woman with dementia. She is in a board and care and has very little stimulation. I have been reading to her and she does understand and we can have limited conversations. Since I am stimulating her she is more responsive and making sense. She is a bright person who has been frustrated by not having someone to talk to her and show her tender loving care. She is really make lots of progress. I have always enjoyed people and know I am a loving, caring person with lots of compassion. Worked with dementia patient walking and talking. Worked with stroke woman who needed help with speaking, reading, walking, doctors appointments, managed meds, errands, transportation. Worked with Senior with Dementia to assist with daily chores, errands, doctors appointments, shopping and transportation

I became a caregiver for my Mother and found out that I enjoyed this line of work. I have an over abundance of patience and love helping others. I'm caring and compassionate and always put clients happiness and comfort first.

I love being a caregiver I derive such fulfillment from helping others in need. Providing care to other's is not a job it's a calling. The wisdom and knowledge that the elderly has to offer is extraordinary and it's my privilege to care for those who need care. I enjoy making people feel safe and secure even in the most difficult times of their lives. I have been doing this for the last ten years.
