Hello, my name is Takia Hill, and I proudly provide (medical) services to those in need of care by offering a complete range of personal support and companionship services. I provide patients with one-on-one care in the privacy and comfort of their house or senior living community. I assist with day-to-day activities, including bathing, grooming, bathroom assistance, assistance with walks, gym time, and physical therapy. I also provide hands-on service with transportation and meal preparation according to patients' plans and needs. I make it a point always to allow and encourage residents to do as much on their own as possible while having the reassurance of my close supervision and encouraging words. I Provide direct and indirect patient care, Transport patients, via wheelchair or accompany ambulatory patients, and transfer and offer assistance during moving of patients into and out of wheelchairs, toilets, beds, and other equipment. I have experience with assisting patients requiring help with feeding, toileting, and all other ADL care. I am A loving, caring, and hardworking Home Health Aide with years of experience supporting and nursing elderly patients. My main focus is to connect with patients and their families personally, to gain their trust so I can make them feel safe and comfortable. Im new to Florida I moved here in the end of July 2014 I believe in taking care of those who cannot do so themselves. I have achieved alot in my years from hospice care to critical care .Im a 57 year old male who did hospices from 1985 thru 2020. I obtained my lna license in NH in 2007 and received my license here in Aug 2014 I love what I do and believe home is MUCH better then a rehab or nursing facility its one on one rather then sharing with 15 others. I have received several awards for doing my job as well as i have many references that are available upon request. My last clients were24/7 both husband and wife he passed Jan 2017 and she passed oct 2019 just shy of 90 years old.I did not work in 2020 but resumed with a client in 2021 with end stage Alzheimer's which he just passed feb 8,2022.
