My personality positive attitude, very welcoming and understanding. I have a disabled brother and I care for him so I put a little extra care in as if they are my family. In high school I used my down time to help feed,read,and conversate with them. My goal was to make them feel like they could do and be any and everything their hearts desired. That was the beginning of my passion for helping others. When I began working as a caregiver everyone pointed out how great I was and insisted that I further my education. In doing so I have worked with many people ranging from the elderly to people with disabilities. I now possess a CNA licence. I know being a caregiver is my calling in life and I take pride in it.

I became a care provider because I wanted to make a difference in the lives of seniors. The thing I like most about being a care provider is providing seniors with the ability to age in place. I took care of my mother and sister at the same time,who was both on dialysis while their time on this earth. They did not have to go into a nursing home,because they had me, someone who was qualified to do the job at home,this was my greatest challenge, but it worked out fine. I have worked to many Health CareAgencies, Nursing Home,and Hospitals. I know and have been trained by the best in the field. My biggest achievement was when I continue to become a Licensed Practical Nurse to really upgrade my skills,because I really care about people health problems and I look at myself and say. Working in the healthcare field I have learned the ends and out of what makes the patients happy , what I have concluded is that patients really appreciate someone who listens to them. I have worked in this field two years experience as a certified nursing assistant. My experience includes working with long term patients along with acute patients and rehab patients which seemed to appreciate me the most. I have handled many patients on my shifts and because of my size and strength could do a lot of extra work that others couldn't do. I have much coursework in nursing and college so I am well educated. I became a cna because I like helping and meeting different types of people. I also like the flexible schedules of nursing.
