I'm a very outgoing , understanding, social , honest dependable compassionate girl, who loves spending time with people helping them and getting to know them. My mother is a nurse so it's all I know, I would read her text books while she was in school, and she let me go with her to jobs and volunteer so I've done it right out of high school! Impacting their day, I get close with my people and try to do things I know they like and enjoy and let them know that I hear them and care what they have to say, everyone has a story and I wanna hear as many as possible! I rescue reptiles on the side and have been able to help and turn some into companion pets and get to come with me to the places I work before and the residents have seemed to love it, it's cool to take something kinda unordinary and turn it into something positive they can learn about, that's out of their norm and they seem to like it, I've helped quite a few seniors through this line of work, which is funny to me they always tell me how much I help them, cuz in reality they are the ones that help me, and keep me humble and kind, and fulfill a empty part of me I never knew I have!

Hello, I have been in healthcare for 7years. I have a true passion and joy for taking care of people & helping them complete everyday tasks while giving companionship.

I am a wife and mother to three children. My oldest son is a missionary in Australia and Papua New Guinea. My middle son has high functioning Autism and has required a lot of dedication and care for his 17 years. He has taught me so much about life and helped me to have incredible patience. My daughter is a competitive gymnast and we've dealt a lot with training injuries and healthy eating to keep her body strong. I've been a caregiver for as long as I could remember & took care of my younger siblings. As I grew up, I helped take care of my ailing grandparents. After they passed, I took care of a fabulous woman who had MS and Lupus. I started school to become a nurse but didn't finish because I started having children and wanted to care for them. As they have gotten older, my passion for health care has resurfaced and I'm looking to finally finish nursing school. I am very compassionate, trustworthy, hard working & loyal. I have helped others who have become like family, in very difficult situations such as hospice care and extreme hoarding situations. I am very non judgmental and kind. Often times people have mentioned they are embarrassed at first (by either the state of their home, being unable to care for themselves properly due to health issues, etc), But I have always helped ease their anxieties and embarrassment by just being kind, loving, and patient. I am very professional, but try to help make clients smile or laugh and help make difficult situations a little bit easier. I care about everyone and everything. I have worked with many families to help care for their loved ones and make difficult times, a little less stressful.

My personal goal as a caregiver is to give exceptional care to each and every one of my clients. As a child i was always caring and comapssionate of others and always offered a helping hand. It was almost fate that i became a nurse. I am very outgoing and easy to get along with. Prior clients ask for me personally because of my upbeat and caring attitude. I find caregiving a rewarding and exciting job knowing i am making a difference in someones life. I have made many achievements in my career, but my biggest achievement is putting a smile on my clients faces.

Working in a nursing home young I was working in the kitchen and I developed friendships with the residents and after a few years I wanted to do more and I love it and I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I became a CNA because I love caring for people...I have cared for patients for the past 18 years with plenty of references! I am great art my job because even after all these years I know the value in casing for people...going above and beyond...I love the spiritual influence it gives me... I believe that good will judge me for the way I treat my patients so I do everything in my power to know in my heart I did right by them! I have worked in almost every aspect of this field with hospice probably being my most favored position and long term care being my most experience. I have worked in many aspects of the healthcare field not just as a cna. I have 2 children, recently moved from out of state. I have my Illinois license and Missouri. I am a hard worker, I go above and beyond for my patient!
