Hello! My name is Leini Coslett. I learned the value of a dollar and what it meant to work for the things I have at a young age. This has taught me true determination along with loyalty, communication, and teamwork. My family has always been my number one priority, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm thankful they showed me that no matter the circumstances I can always figure out how to better myself and turn the odds in my favor. I'm not only strong physically but mentally. I studied hard in school allowing me get my CNA license in December of 2016, following my certification I made a big decision to join the United States Army Reserves as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) in February of 2017. My contract consisted of a Split Op program allowing me to attend basic training the summer following my junior year of high school. Upon completion I came back home to graduate High School in December of 2017, I stayed home and continued to help my family until I shipped out for Advanced Individual Training which was the school showing me how to order, track, and properly take care of sensitive items and general supplies. After my graduation in August of 2018, I returned to Kansas and moved to Manhattan to attend K- State for Psychology and Pre-Med for a brief period of time. While in Manhattan I also attended Bellus Academy and graduated with my license in Cosmetology, as well as certified in Make-Up Artistry, Hair Extensions, and Lash Extensions. Upon graduation I made the decision to return to Wichita to be closer to family, which is where I currently reside.

I became an LPN nurse because I love helping others. I am very compassionate. I think outside the box. I am a problem solver by nature. I am able to take charge of a situation if needed. I can strike a conversation with just about anyone. I was on the dean's list while taking classes. I live in the country and have a small hobby farm.

I have a good personality I show no judgment I think what makes me a good caregiver is that I really truly do care and my patience are going through enough obviously that at the end of the day and their happiness and they're once that's what matters I really enjoy, putting a smile on my patients face and not making them feel ashamed about anything and it's also important to make a good relationship with your patient as a caregiver as well.

My name is Jacinda. I am 25 years old and one of my first jobs out of highschool was a one on one para educator working with a disabled boy who was a parapalegic. I helped him with his schooling, getting around, and with toileting. It was a very full filling job and following that initial experience with him I did some in home care giving with some elderly and loved just being a part of their lives and hearing their stories. Hello, my name is Sarah Grunwald, and I've been a CNA since 2011. I've worked in both settings as a CNA at an assisted living facility and clients homes. My personality traits as a caregiver are super friendly, I try to get to know and understand a client and their families to provide the best care for a client to keep both family and client at ease. Being a caregiver is something just indented into my DNA. My goal is to give the best care I can give, while maintaining a client's independence so that they may stay in their homes as long as they possibly can.
