I am a patient, caring, reliable, and compassionate individual who cares a lot for others. Growing up, I helped family take care of loved ones with cancer, stroke, dementia, and Alzheimer's. I always wandered what I could do to prevent that and help find a cure. After losing a couple loved ones, I wanted to help others through the same situation I went through by helping through guiding them, being there for them, and helping them cope with a diagnosis. I enjoy getting to know the clients through their past, their experiences, and being there for them when they need a kind heart there for them. From working at Kearny County Hospital in Lakin, Kansas as a dietary aide to being a employee and volunteer for Meals on Wheels in Garden City, Kansas to a Residential services provider at Big Lakes, I have gathered more knowledge and understanding on where I want to be and to do the things I want to do, which is a caregiver for those in need. In Fall on 2024, I was in the process of starting a nonprofit to help the poor, individuals in safe houses, and others in need. My project is still on hold due to certain circumstances. I plan on continuing my dream of starting a nonprofit down the road. I enjoy helping others.
