I am a mother of 3 little girls and love to spend my time taking care of everyone! I have been a caregiver for 4+ years and really love the whole experience. It's more than a job to me , it's a rewarding way to make someone else feel like they have a reason .

I want family members to feel like I am an extension of their family, someone they can rely on when most necessary. I was attracted to caregiving by the reward that comes from helping others. Seeing people that were in need for care, when family members simply don't have time, money, or emotional longevity that is required in long-term assisted living and care. I am very proud of raising my two teenage daughters as a single mother, while working multiple jobs. It was very difficult, but highly rewarding seeing them grow, and exhibiting the same work ethic and love I try to possess.

I am a very compassionate person. I enjoy helping others be as independent as they can. I am a quick learner. I am easy to get along with. At first I was scared to this type of work... My bonus daughters talked me into trying it out. I got my job at Futures Unlimited Inc but was very nervous at first. Didn't take me long to find that I really enjoyed it. Before I knew it, it was no longer a job but I seen it as a career I wanted to do and couldn't see myself doing anything else. I received an award from futures which I added to my indeed resume. Hello! My name is Leini Coslett. I learned the value of a dollar and what it meant to work for the things I have at a young age. This has taught me true determination along with loyalty, communication, and teamwork. My family has always been my number one priority, if it wasn't for them I wouldn't be who I am today. I'm thankful they showed me that no matter the circumstances I can always figure out how to better myself and turn the odds in my favor. I'm not only strong physically but mentally. I studied hard in school allowing me get my CNA license in December of 2016, following my certification I made a big decision to join the United States Army Reserves as a 92Y (Unit Supply Specialist) in February of 2017. My contract consisted of a Split Op program allowing me to attend basic training the summer following my junior year of high school. Upon completion I came back home to graduate High School in December of 2017, I stayed home and continued to help my family until I shipped out for Advanced Individual Training which was the school showing me how to order, track, and properly take care of sensitive items and general supplies. After my graduation in August of 2018, I returned to Kansas and moved to Manhattan to attend K- State for Psychology and Pre-Med for a brief period of time. While in Manhattan I also attended Bellus Academy and graduated with my license in Cosmetology, as well as certified in Make-Up Artistry, Hair Extensions, and Lash Extensions. Upon graduation I made the decision to return to Wichita to be closer to family, which is where I currently reside.

What attracts me to caregiving is I am a caregiver by nature I also take care of my mother and her mental and medical disability. I enjoy loving on people and lifting others spirit. im 25 years old i have a family my own of 6 i have 2 special needs children i take care of at home . i am fun i like to get stuff done as quick as possible being in a big family cleaning cooking and taking care of people come naturally for me. i enjoy animals and helping people that need that couple extra hands to do things and still remain as free to do as they please but still have everything done for them. i was attracted to care-giving when i realized how much people are out there that needs help doing daily activities or just needs Little boost to get up during the day . i currently am an in home care giver for a child that is non verbal blind and 100 percent wheel chair bound. he is fed through gtube and we do bathing changing diapers we interact as he has to play games and use his legs and arms. my personal achievement i am proud of is that even though i have a big family i keep finding ways to help other people. i help people by giving them rides to work or just simply helping them watch their kids so they can have a day to them selfs . i hope my little bio makes you want to choose me as someone that could help you as well.
