Growing up being the oldest of 6 siblings I had to be the caregiver due to my mother working long hours as a nurse. In my adult life I've had many jobs but no fulfillment until I started caring for others. I found my purpose and calling. I truly enjoy/ love being a caregiver it brings so much joy and self gratification. My mother played a big part of why I love being a caregiver. seeing the love, she gave, and the return love played a big roll. It feels good to know that I have gained a client trust as well as the assurance that I will take care of them. To see them smile or just help them through a rough day knowing that they can count on me is a great reward. I've had a client I had just started with ask me, is this just a job or do you care? I care about what I do. This is one of the biggest questions that a client or family member has when looking for a caregiver. Staying positive, going beyond the call of duty, compassionate, caring, outgoing, patience, etc. To have the opportunity to care for your loved one or self would be a privilege and a blessing.

I have an Associate Degree in Nursing from Ivy Technical College of IN. I have worked in an Assisted Living facility in IN as well as a nursing facility. I prefer caring for an individual that would love to live in their own home independently. I have experience with Alzheimer's, mobility impairment and strokes. I am experienced in medicine administration. I have knowledge of diabetes and meal planning.

I have the prerequisite attribute of caring, as well as a personal commitment for helping people. Over the past 18+years I have helped coordinate successful physical rehab activities for my former client. I am a uniquely personable, patient, and caring individual.

I'm passionate and loyal and I have a good heart for people,I enjoy listening and being supportive and always .What I like about being a caregiver is to know that it was me to make a difference and help the clients.I'm always open to new and positive ideas of individuals, I am a hard worker and a team player.

I became a caregiver because, I have great compassion for individuals in need of personal one on one care. 3. Their are several reasons why I like being a caregiver. The first reason is that I am able to be there for individuals that are in need of help. Another reason I enjoy being a caregiver is because, my mom was diagnosed with breast cancer and after the cancer she went into remission. Shortly afterwards, she was diagnosed with dementia. Recently she was diagnosed with Parkinson. I eventually had to move her into my home and I realized how self fulfilling and rewarding it is to serve others with sincere humility. I feel that as a caregiver each individuals that I care for should receive the best of care, compassion, and the best quality of care that life has to offer. 4. My most greatest achievement is yet to come because, I'm looking to achieve more tomorrow than I have today. Life is a lifelong learning process and when you think that you have achieved your greatest achievement there is still room left for more improvement.

Empathy, I strive to treat all my patients/clients the way I would like to be treated by others. I put the needs of my clients first and strive to meet their needs and put a smile on each of my clients face. I feel happy when my clients smile and are happy. I am very dependable, compassionate and dedicated to my work.

I have been raised by my grandmother and have been with her until she passed away. She has a hip replacement and I was taking care of her all the time and I loved doing it. That's why I become a caregiver,because I am a very compassionate person who is caring and very responsible. I love talking Care of people specially for the elderly and sick one. And wherever I went to work with, patient and their families really appreciate what I do and they let my employer know, and I was very proud of myself. I am a mother of 4 blessed with one beautiful grandson. I live in a small beautiful, quiet town of Scurry, Texas. After spending the last 12 years as an officer manager. The timing is finally right for me to go back to what I love to do helping people. Before my 12 as an officer manager I worked 4 years as an Group Home Manager. Supervising staff to provides individuals with assistance and support necessary for the individual to complete personal care, health maintenance, and independent living tasks; participate in community activities and develop, retain, and improve community living skills. Also growing close one on one relationship with my clients. I'm excited God has led me back down this road.

I am a caring, loving, honest, compassionate and flexible person who started taking care of my father who was diagnose with Leukemia about 17 yrs ago. While taking care of my father, I found joy in caring for others.After losing my father I card for other family members while obtaining my CNA license. I enjoy learning person information about the patient. Building a bond with a person who one day you will consider family. One of my personal achievements was completing schooling for Funeral Director and Embalming I successful completed school March of 2018.
