Hi there, my name is Kassie Gallegos. I am 22 years old and I grew up with a grandfather that has alzheimer's. I have spent a lot of time with him and also caring for him and helping with daily task. This experience showed me how much I enjoyed taking care of people and just being there for them when that are having a hard time. I am currently in nursing school pressure a career that will alway me to to just that on a daily basis.

One of my expertise is in art. I find it helpful in caregiving because you have to be very creative. Whether it's going to an art museum on an outing or painting and drawing a picture at home.
