I enjoy working in a home setting as I am an upbeat and positive person that believes a person is happier and more comfortable being cared for in their on environment. I am detail oriented. I enjoy making someones day better. Giving a person respect and dignity is very important to me. I feel the most important achievement that I have done in this field was helping a family of three at the same time with extensive duties and fulfilling all their needs. My other achievement is having 2 beautiful grown daughters and grandsons. I would like to ad that I am articulate about my work and getting it done in a timely manner and don't believe in taking shortcuts. I am also a great companion. I love to read even out loud! I am also good at writing correspondence for someone if its need. I am also very compassionate. I am also willing to travel to a job if it is an overnight situation . I have a food handlers card for Arizona and have also passed an online caregiver course with high score. I am willing to work in an overnight situation or even travel to areas for working a live in situation.

I enjoy caring for people & I am great at it! I have worked with geriatrics, infants, children, quadriplegic, amputees, & many more people with multiple issues. I have worked as a PCA, certified Medical Assistant, & volunteered in nursing homes. I have a lot of experience within this field for what ever help is needed. I have lived in Arizona since 2003, born & raised in Minnesota. Technical college diploma 2003, certification test completed in 2010, & 12 years working in a clinical setting. Pediatrics, geriatrics, & family practices.

I helped variety of people such as, disabled elders/special needs, people who had Tracheotomy, alzheimers, and dementia. People with alzheimers and dementia I only have 1 year experience with, so I wouldn't say it's my strong suit, but willing to grow in that area. I am a very understanding, and accepting person. It's a quality I really love about myself. I became a caregiver, because I wanted my work to have meaning. I do enjoy getting to know someone on a deep level and providing laughter. My first job was a caregiver, and I don't think I'd feel comfortable doing anything else. I am currently an in-home caregiver, and looking to branch out.

Ramsey from 2008 to 2012 until he passed away.I like helping people, feeling needed and pampering my clients. Once Mr. Ramsey was choking on a hot dog and I saved his life. I enjoy grocery shopping and I'm a great cook, I like to try new recipes and cooking styles. The kitchen is my favorite place to be. I am passionate about people. I came to Bullhead City to be with my Father and was looking to find a Personal Chef, House Manager or Nanny position and ran across an add for elderly care and was very excited to have a new way to be a part of something bigger than myself.
