I am a 46 year old mother of 4 grown daughters that has a compassion to provide outstanding care. Whether it be in the health field or daycare. Have done it all. Self driven prompt and loving. Very neat and organized. Non smoker certified PCT CNA and in first aid and CPR

I enjoy helping others and get great satisfaction out of being able to make a difference in people's lives. Working with mental handicap individuals right out of high school helped me see I was making a difference in their lives and I saw I was giving them the type of care they were lacking from others. I do not look at home care as just a job, but a relationship between individuals who you can build a bond with. I have not done home care in a long time and miss the interpersonal relationships I am able to have as a care giver. I am a 1st generation college graduate which is an achievement I am very proud of and has allowed me to take on a different occupation and be successful, but I miss my home care routes and want to do what I can to help others so I am looking at giving additional time for individuals in need.

With a long history of caring for individuals with developmental disabilities, as well as being a father of 3, and as I recently moved into the security field, I have always enjoyed and taken great pride in helping others. I get a feeling of personal satisfaction from working to serve a purpose and fulfil a need for those who need it. Over the many years I've done the type of work that has involved helping others, there have been many instances where lasting friendships were built and I have found these instances to be among my most rewarding examples of working as a caregiver.

I grew up in a family of 10 and, being the 3rd to oldest, it came with a lot of responsibility. By 7 years old I could change, feed and put a baby to sleep. With this experience, came a sense of empathy for those in need. Caring for others has always been a morally rewarding task and I plan on assisting others for as long as possible. What makes me a great caregiver is that I pay attention to details. I do exactly what I'm told, asked and also give advice according to my expertise and I tell the truth about what is needed when it matters. I first started working with elders within my monastery taking care of their basic needs and taking them back and forth to doctor's appointments and following their doctors care of plan. That transmitted to my professional work life as a certified nursing aide, as I work in the nursing homes and also in private home settings. It brings me joy to see those who are in need of help receive the assistance that they need without taking away their dignity and also giving them the extra help that's necessary.... at the same time allowing them to do what they can for themselves. I have a broad range going from helping those with terminal illnesses all the way to those who just need extra assistance around the house. There is no job too big or too small for me to do.

I have been a care giver sense s I was 17 yrs. old I always like taking care of people and making their life a Happy one . I have had a lot of experience in taking care of all type of people from handicap to people with feeding tubes, Alzheimer's, Blind, ect I feel there is no better job in the world than one that you can give another person a great quality of life this is very rewarding to me .I have been chosen to take care of very professionl people like judges, Doctors ect. I been a giving type of person, being that my mom is a nurse for hospice of New York I always learned to try and help when ever I can. I helped taking care of my grandma who passed away 2019, also giving her insulin shots daily, im a nice person to be around, strong minded, caring funny, and a relaxed person, I know to how to use excel, word and power point. I also have an associates degree in business and I'm currently attending suny Delhi to get my bachelors degree. One thing that attracted me to be a car giver was I to try something new I also always wanted to try this out. One thing I would enjoy most is being able to help another individual with a strain things that they can do themselves

I have a great concern for elderly and ill patients.I enjoy the satisfaction of knowing I am helping make a difference in someones life. I feel it is a very fulfilling postion. I am proud of having been there to take care of my husbands grandmother for the last couple months of her life and made them the best they could have been for her to feel loved and cared for.I am 38 years old and have a very nurturing personality.I enjoy making others happy as well as caring for them the way I would care for my own mother.
