I'm Misty! I've been helping family/friends and clients for over 10 years . I truly LOVE helping people and I love knowing once I leave that client for the day they feel good about getting things done they need/want done for that day. I treat others the way I want to be treated. I'm very compassionate towards others and i get my job done in a timely manner and to the best ability I can!

I became a caregiver because of my mother who had developed Alzhiemers and Dementia. I loved every moment even after she didn't recognize me as her daughter. I have been in health care since 1990 and I love knowing that I can make a difference in some ones life and or day. If I can make 1 person smile a day, I am happy. I enjoy helping others and learning something new every day. I am a very caring person, honest and dependable

Welcoming you with warm wishes. Just wanted to share alittle about me. I'm 34 yrs old. I've worked since age 14yrs. My mom was a single mom raising 3 kids. I enjoyed working hard and I have always been a giving hearted person. I remember I used to get my paychecks an was so excited I was able to but my mom dinner from a days hard of work. I was first introduced to an entry level position in the State of Kansas as a Residential Trainer for people who face physical and mental challenges and I did that for 3 years. It was so rewarding. Very hard work but I have always been very open to learning new things and I enjoy challenges. If we stay in where were comfortable. The you limit yourself from learning and doing what you can to be the hands and feet for Gods kingdom. After doing that for 3 yrs I decided to get my nurses aide license and doing that for so many years has been such a wonderful opportunity. I absolutely love my elders and I AM THE VOICE WHO SPEAKS UP FOR THEM. I believe that there is way too many people shoved in a room with a facility that lacks sufficient staffing to give the residents attention to give them the essentials like a regular bath and hygiene and clothes put on. I've seen too much of the THE BAD AND THE UGLY in institutions and to me that's NO WAY for anyone to live or spend there retirement in. I love talking and sharing stories, praying, I enjoy providing exceptional care to all clients I come in contact. I'm very friendly. My passion in life is people going above and beyond the call of duty. I'm flexible and reliable as I dont have any kids. Just 3 sweet dogs. I love taking and helping people. Putting smiles on peoples faces and making sure that they are well taken care of. That I have been taking care of patients for 15 years and I love it and enjoy it. I became an stna in 2000, I wanted to be like my grandma a nurse but i have never made it that far because I like the line of work i do now. I just love taking care of people regardless. I am a caring person, and love what i do.

I became a caregiver because my mother was a nurse. She did home health care for years and she always talked about how much she loved it. When I started into this field it was in hospice care and I loved it. I loved being there with families and helping them through the very difficult times. I always spent more time than required so I could ensure that things were the best they could be considering the situation. I tend to be a fairly quite person at first but become chattery once I feel comfortable. I have always been that way but I have become better with age. I love helping people. And spending time just talking if that's all they would like.

I am honest, reliable, caring, dependable and dedicated to my work. I got into the medical field because of my grandfather. He had stage 4 pancreatic cancer and I was trained by his hospice nurse to help take care of him since he was living with me. I love helping families, it makes me feel apart of the family.
