I value integrity and compassion as key in pursuit of my career and strive to achieve this with the principle of treating people how you want to be treated. I started caregiving as part time while in college and it turned out to be a humbling and rewarding career for me. Hello everyone, my name is Denise Hines,I am from Cincinnati Ohio, born and raised. One thing that really pushed me into becoming a caregiver was my grandmother. My grandmother took me and my siblings in when we were small children, and as she got older, I felt that I had to return the favor when she was no longer able to do the things that she was able to do before, my loving grandmother is no longer with us anymore, so it's one of my passions to be of help to other individuals who may be a little more assistance rather that's personal care, housekeeping, running errands, companionship care, grocery shopping, medication, reminders, and much more. One of my personal achievements that I'm very proud of would be starting my own non-medical home care agency here in Cincinnati, Ohio. This is something that I'm very passionate about and something that I really enjoy doing.

I am Currently in the Ohio Army National Guard, I like to workout, highly motivated and I am punctual. I want to help people, helping people that aren't as fortunate for whatever reason, makes me realize how lucky I am. I want to make them feel better, and help them in whatever part of life they need. A personal achievement that I am most proud of is, finally getting enough confidence to take on nursing school, I know how tough it can be but I am ready for whatever future endeavors are in store for me.
