Hello! My name is Sierra. I am a 29 year old single mother of two children. I have been caregiving awhile now and absolutely love it. I'm am working on going to school to become an In home Physical Therapist Assistant. I have experience with cooking,cleaning, using a lift to move from mobile chair to bed, wound care experience, Trach care experience, bladder bag care, bed bathing experience, feeding experience, physical therapy experience and medication management. I can do anything from you light care needs to heavy care. I am a generally happy gal with tons of motivation.

I'm a great caregiver because I enjoy helping others, at the end of the day the client as well as family are always so grateful for your help! I find it to be very rewarding! My daughter left for college this year, as an honor student I may add do I think is time for me to go back to work.

I became a Caregiver due to taking care of my father at the age of 12 years old. I learned to start and regulate an IV drip and I administered insulin shots to my father. When my father health declined due to complications of Diabetes, my family and I had to place him in a skilled facility. My mother was concerned for my fathers safety and daily care, she asked me to apply for a job in the facility my father would be in. I did get a position at the facility and have been working in nursing every since!!! I like being a Care Provider because it is apart of my spirit and I am very people oriented. My personal achievement is to have been in the field of nursing for 16 years. The one thing that I can tell you about myself is I go above and beyond the expectations of what is asked of me and when I am providing care for someone, the client is my priority and has my undivided attention.

I pay attention to what the people need most.

My passion is to care for others while building relationships with them! I want to make a difference and with caregiving it give me the opportunity to do that! It is not a job it is an opportunity to give back to those who have given so much no matter what they did or where they came from. I am skilled in CPR, house keeping, diet restrictions, cooking and any medical help such as making sure medicine is taken on time, and basic first aid. I have been a caregiver for dementia, arthritis, scoliosis, MS, diabetes, end of life, and those confined to a wheel chairs.

I am an outgoing person. I have always been one to make others smile and laugh. I enjoy assisting others with special needs and assisting the elderly. I have always found it very rewarding helping others as. I am a fast learner. I have 8 different certificates dealing with medications, dementia care, hospice care, prompting memories with dementia patients, and other mental illnesses. I love seeing my clients smile and laugh. That has always been my favorite thing as a caregiver.

I loving helping others and making sure they reach their goals, I'm very outgoing and a fast learner! I love coming to work and being able to help anyway I can.

I have been a cargiver + CNA for about 4 years now! And i absolutely love it! I wouldn't change it for the world. I have all types of experience in memory care, I'm home care, dementia, and alzimers, I have experience in all settings! I am delighted to give diabetic residents there medication, I cook, clean, bath me anything that is needed im here for you. I actually became a cargiver for my grandmother about 4 years ago she got supper sick and needed someone by her side 24/7 and I did it everyday for her until she passed she is the reason I do this today. My most favorite thing about being a caregiver is seeing my residents faces light up the room with so much joy and laughter it seriously makes my heart so happy! I feel like my best strong sites are definitely companionship and leader ship I am always trying to set example and just be a good leader always even when it's tiring
