As a dedicated and highly experienced Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with over 15 years of experience, I'm deeply committed to providing the highest quality of care to my patients. My passion for caring for others began at a young age and has only grown with time and experience. Throughout my career, I have been fortunate to work with a diverse range of patients, including those with physical disabilities, cognitive impairments, and chronic illnesses. I am a happy, caring person who finds spending time with the elderly is so rewarding for both myself, and the client alone. I have physical limitations that keep me from some duties, but I do what I can quickly, efficiently, and with compassion.

I have an easy going personality. I enjoy the outdoors and love to explore as often as I can. I started out caregiving for family members and began working professionally a few years ago. I'm still learning all the ways that I can be of help to others. I recently began working as a PSW and have enjoyed being able to work directly with my clients.

I like to know the one I am assisting is comfortable and happy, if they are feeling down, I do what I can to make sure they are having a wonderful day and always have a smile on their face. WHY DID YOU COME A CAREGIVER? I became a caregiver because I love helping others. I grew up in the life of taking care of people. I have watched/helped my mom when she was working in the hospital. I assisted my grandmother in helping others in her community. I have babysat for many friends and family members. WHAT DO YOU LIKE ABOUT BEING A CAREGIVER? Its not that I like being a caregiver, I LOVE being a caregiver. Knowing I am making a difference in someone's life and helping them with anything/everything they need is the best. My goal is make sure that by the time my shift is over, they are smiling and happy. WHAT IS A PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENT YOU ARE PROUD OF?? my personal achievement I am very proud of was being told that I had made a big impact on two of the clients I was taking care of. I was informed when they were told I was coming on shift they would start smiling and make sweet comments about how I did my job and well I took care of them. Too me that was the sweetest thing and yet most rewarding part of my job.

At a young age I would take care of my grandparents and be there for my parents. I see myself as a caring person, very patient, I enjoy helping out, taking the time to listen and making peoples day. I'm a very positive person. I believe my personal achievement is when I see the client happy and being there.

What makes me a great caregiver is I am reliable.

My grandmother was on hospice when I was a young girl. I saw how grateful my grandmother was and how much her caregiver touched my Grandmother's life. Ever since I wanted to make a difference and touch the lives of others. I have been a CNA for three years now, and I take pride in taking care of others. I want to make a difference in the life of every patient that I see . I not only want to be there for the patient but for their family too.

I am native to the Willamette valley and have spent the last 7 years practicing in the wellness field. I have worked in a variety of care giving positions and have been drawn to working with seniors at various times. I appreciate being helpful to elders and assisting them with activities of daily living in a productive and charismatic way. I spent a great deal of my childhood cleaning and working within all types of offices which has given me tons of mobility and familiarity- especially throughout Benton County.
