My name is Melisha Harrell and I've been a Caregiver for 14yrs and a CNA for 10 yrs, I have a great personality and Big Heart! what attracted me to being a caregiver is I've always had a passion for caring for being and getting to know different people. I enjoy spending time with everyone I come in contact with and just knowing that being able to assist them with anything they may need makes my heart happy!

I started a flower garden for elderly and youths five years ago and it was a beautiful experience for the young who had never gardened and for the elderly; some who had no grandchildren. I believe that in life you can learn a lot from the past. I love history and being around to lend a helping hand. I have worked for several non profit organizations as a director and have excellent references and people skills.I am trustworthy and dependable, work well under pressure, take constructive criticism well and a great team player.

Care giving is my absolute passion. There's nothing I wouldn't do for my patient/friend. I took care of my father for 10 years until he passed recently. I have also worked with other patients who became my best friends until one passed and the other is using my aunts help for now since he needs hospice. I cook, clean, grocery shop, take to dr. visits, make sure they always have their medication on time, I bathe them, dress them and ANYTHING else they need. I am 33 with a husband and a daughter who's in school. I'd love more than anything to find a new patient to take care of ASAP.
