Care giving is something i choose to do out of passion, and dream I love helping older people, just like i love taking care of children too. because I always pray to live longer and old ,so I started by trying to help volunteering weekly because am in to filmmaking,singing and dancing which Is also one of my passion ,but The job comes once a while before i decided to make it a full time job due to my experience with older people, and people with special needs .So what made me a better caregiver is because I care for my clients like they are my own parents and family in a special way.My believe as a caregiver is you need first to love people as you love yourself,then put yourself in their shoes and feel their pains then you will know how it feels that they need more time and care ..

I am a 43 year old with 18 years of experience working in this field of Nursing . I live in the city of San Francisco but I also spent a lot of time in my other apartment in the East Bay ( El cerrito City ) due to work and having a family members as well . I am a Licensed vocational Nurse (LVN) and a certified nursing assistant ( CNA) as well . I work with people with different types of disabilities and injures . And I have worked in several hospitals in San Francisco and in the East Bay as well. I am bilingual , I speak English and Spanish and i own my car . I am a caregiver with more than 10 years of experience, I chose to become a senior caregiver is because it comes naturally to the family. I went school with Direct Support Professional year 1 and 2..Then work with agency with One on one client. I have handled all kind of cases simple and complex. I'm a very kind personality and down to earth, have soft voices and loving person, I'started taking care my parent for 10 yrs around 2000 until they both passed in2010 then i decided to reach out to other elderly and families who need help with their parents and loved one.

I'm good at what I do. I'm very reliable and I work hard. I started being a care provider from my moms friend and I enjoyed helping her until she passed away. I enjoy helping people that need my help that can't do things for they self. My personal achievement would be that I'm a hard working man I'm able to get up and go to work everyday without regard.

I like to be a caregiver because I care for the elderly. I enjoy worked working with them because I learn a lot of things. Each client I've worked with are so diverse and interesting I experience something new each time. I'm personally proud my work experience of 25 years because I really like my job.
