The reason why I became a caregiver is because 10 years ago my mother-in-law got really sick and someone needed to take care of her. Unfortunately, when I was younger, my family was in a car accident and one of my family members were killed. Since then I have always said I wanted to be a nurse to take care of people. I like to see people getting the help they need. Eventually I became a nurse (LVN).

I'm a licensed Occupational Therapist Assistant , however since COVID, I wanted to do something a little different. I chose caregiving, as it still helps better the lives of others and I'm able to use my skills and experience to make my clients' lives even better. I enjoy putting a smile on someone's face, empowering others to live as independently as they can, advocate safety in the home and in the community, and help make others' lives more meaningful and enjoyable.
