Hello, my name is Sarah Grunwald, and I've been a CNA since 2011. I've worked in both settings as a CNA at an assisted living facility and clients homes. My personality traits as a caregiver are super friendly, I try to get to know and understand a client and their families to provide the best care for a client to keep both family and client at ease. Being a caregiver is something just indented into my DNA. My goal is to give the best care I can give, while maintaining a client's independence so that they may stay in their homes as long as they possibly can. Going forward I decided that to be able to aboard facilities and help more people would suit me. After she passed in the year 2011. I began taking nursing classes, I received my professional CNA license in the year of 2012. I felt I had accomplished major goals and now I was ready for the job! It made me feel needed and proud after a days work which has kept me in the medical field until now.
