hi im a college student in school for psychology and nursing i love taking care of people in need hence why i have this job ive never gotten a complaint about how i do my job and i always try to fit patients in my scheduale

My patients and understanding makes me a great caregiver ,am a very understanding and fun person to be around.I love people of all race. At the end of my shift my patients always gives me good compliments and cannot wait for me to return , their appreciation to me makes me feel fulfilled

I became interested in the healthcare field while serving as a missionary in Guatemala where I worked with poor people living in the mountains, garbage dumps, and street children hooked on glue. Many times after serving I would come home crying because of the plight of the people I served but I love reaching out to help others and served for four years. Here in New York City at one time I also worked with homeless people living in shelters and in the parks. I have worked in nursing homes in Florida and in homecare in New York City. I love being a caregiver, impacting humanity in a positive way as I help to improve and maintain health. Each and every individual that I serve is important to me and I treat him/her with respect, and dignity. I am a hard worker, patient, kind hearted, honest, and reliable. I attended college and the knowledge and skills I received in school have equipped me with the means to better care for clients. I have cared for clients on ventilator, G-tube feeding, trache, and foley catheter. I have assisted with meal preparation, laundry, and housekeep. I do not drive, I don't drink or use drugs.
