My very first actual job was a CNA and I knew right away that it was the profession for me! I've always tried being the very best at treating others how it'd like to be treated! I look at each and every person I've ever cared for as if they were my own family and still keep in touch with many of them. I've always enjoyed helping people and making they're day easier and more enjoyable!

Hello, The reason why I love being a caregiver is helping the ones that are down and bringing them back up. I love putting a smile on their face when they are having a bad day, also just being able to make a difference in the world and helping families know their loved ones are in good hands. I have worked as a CNA-HHA for over 20 years, first through various agencies and then on my own as a private duty caregiver until I started my own home care agency. I worked well with mostly the elderly and Alzheimer and dementia patients. The benefits I receive from caregiving are numerous. I truly enjoy helping people and feeling needed and appreciated by them. I enjoy interacting with the families and working together to develop care plans and meet challenges associated with the job.
