Hello there. I'm Gabby. I'm a very outgoing, energetic, positive vibes CNA and currently working on obtaining my RN degree licensure. I offer excellent care for your loved ones, giving you the peace of mind you need and deserve. As a single mom of three teenagers (now all 3 are in college!) I moved to North Carolina 8 years ago to be closer to my own aging parents. In 2015, Dad became wheelchair bound with Parkinsons and Mom was no longer able to care for him. I rolled up my sleeves and made the necessary renovations on my home there and moved them both in with me. I pushed pause on my nursing studies and was able to spend some great quality time with Dad before he passed away a week before Christmas in December 2018. Mom's dementia had been progressing, so I became his sole caregiver and provided for his every need until he "graduated." Three months later, Mom had a massive stroke rendering her the equivalent of a three year old. No longer able to dress, toilet, or feed herself or even articulate what she needed, I stepped up to the plate again and began caring for her 24/7 until her death one year ago. I would not trade even a millisecond of the time I was able to be with my parents. It allowed me some great moments with each of them and helped me fine tune my skills as a professional caregiver. Not only does it make me feel good & important to be making a difference in someone's life, it also brings me so much joy when I'm walking out of a client's house being thanked & praised, seeing that smile is a must or my day isn't complete . Caring for others just gives me a fulfillment that I'll never grow tire of.

I'm Bree, I'm a compassionate caregiver with experience caring for those in need. I do assistants with daily living activities and household tasks. I'm patient, energetic and organized. I'm skilled at managing schedules and keeping clients as active as possible (Body and mind). I engaged clients with gentle activities such a going for a walk, physical therapy, working on puzzles, reading and painting. I manage clients schedules and accompany them to appointments( I document everything). I provide companionship to clients to help with their emotional well-being. I have done meditation administration to those on hospice or those that can not take meds themselves. I finished school for patient care technician in 2021. I have a wide range of care experience from. Autism, quadriplegics, hospice care, sundowners, dementia, MS, stroke patients, to people with cancer. I absolutely love what I do and I take care of my clients as if they were my family.

I had the pleasure of caring for my grandmother after several Strokes. My son also had a Sever TBI (brain injury) I have first hand experience with his care. I enjoy and find gratification in helping our elderly when they no longer can so things for themselves. I look forward to seeing them and doing all I can do to help them have a good day! I just finding my CNA course with a 94% and I am waiting to take my State Exam. I have Clean Criminal Background History. I have a Drug Free, NonSmoker. I have Finger prints and I am CPR/AED Certified. I love the company Im working for , however, I don't have a set schedule as yet. Thus Im looking for more work. I would like to work Monday - Friday. FT or PT. I am open to an occasional Saturday as you will learn, Im a very flexible person. I am also available for back up care! Best wishes on your search!

I truly have a passion for in-home care. I've spent the majority of my adult life in the field because I feel that it's a field that is overlooked and under appreciated. Having a client be able to stay home safely and comfortably, is my number one goal. I have years of hands-on and administration experience which has given me the opportunity to grow and feed my passion. Compassion and know-how are so important in this role!
