I am a very passionate, dedicated, and committed to delivering selfless, purpose-driven service. I believe in servant leadership and making sound decisions in the absence of direction. I want family members to feel like I am an extension of their family, someone they can rely on when most necessary. I was attracted to caregiving by the reward that comes from helping others. Seeing people that were in need for care, when family members simply don't have time, money, or emotional longevity that is required in long-term assisted living and care. I am very proud of raising my two teenage daughters as a single mother, while working multiple jobs. It was very difficult, but highly rewarding seeing them grow, and exhibiting the same work ethic and love I try to possess.

I have been a caregiver for the past nineteen years and I have an extensive background and experience. I love helping others and have never considered doing anything else.

What makes me a great caregiver is the fact that im always with a willing spirit to provide quality patient care and the compassion I hold for someone in need of my help is my expertise! I started out as a caregiver without a license in the year of 2009! I took on the responsibility of taking care of a woman that had a stroke and just needed Supervisory assistance. I learned so much from her, I enjoyed her just as much as she enjoyed me. My resident became a part of me. Going forward I decided that to be able to aboard facilities and help more people would suit me. After she passed in the year 2011. I began taking nursing classes, I received my professional CNA license in the year of 2012. I felt I had accomplished major goals and now I was ready for the job! It made me feel needed and proud after a days work which has kept me in the medical field until now. I will always keep her in my memories and I won't forget my wonderful learning experiences which all began with her! Thank you

I started late in life, but I have over 15 years of customer service with me. I love talking and meeting new people. I have always loved to help people to the best of my abilities. I like taking care of someone that is not able to care for themselves. I have seen in past where others needed help and there was no one. I have obtained my CNA and currently in school to obtain RN. I like the ideal of helping when they need the help and not being a nuisance. I am a veteran of 20 plus years and CNA of 20plus years. I am sympathetic and empathic as well. I am also planning on obtaining APRN/Psych degree to where I can help others not only medically but psychologically as well. I have taken care of Alzheimer's patients, patients that have no mobility as well as hospice patients. I would like to be able to help others in their time of need and to ensure them that there is people that honestly care for others and will help them.
