I overly care for all people, I've worked with several different caregiver companies. I've always loved helping elderly/disabled people. I enjoy the clients the most. They mean so much to me. I've worked in health care since I turned 18 and I love it. I've done it for so long I couldn't imagine doing anything else.

I have faithfully, compassionately and lovingly cared for people consecutively for 27yrs. I have done Home Health, Private Duty, Companion Care and Live-In. For the past 5 1/2 years/24/7 I was the only caregiver for a quadriplegic client on a ventilator. Honest, kind, caring, loyal, trustworthy, reliable, dependable., punctual and passionate. I have a great love and respect of elderly. Their knowledge and experiences in and of life are priceless. I have dealt with elderly care all of my career and the challenges it encompasses. It's very hard for them to admit to needing care and harder for them to relinquish their independence. Having a close understanding of this challenge is vital to gaining trust so they will allow assistance from a caregiver. It is a privilege to be allowed into someone's life on such a personal side, not just in their home but to provide personal care. I pride myself on being trustworthy ,dependable , compassionate as well as finding the ability to persuade them into doing what is best for them I.E exercises, bathing, eating correctly. Having good character and integrity is top priority in this occupation. I have references and background check available upon request. On a more personal note, I am a wife, mother and grandmother who values family immensely. I have used all sorts of Hoyer lifts for patients, and have been trained and certified to operate and secure mobility devices for transportation. I cared for my parents for over a year until their deaths, and later decided that I was good at it. My clients regularly ask for only me to work with their loved ones, and that is a good feeling. They appreciate the fact that they can feel safe and know I can be relied on to be there and be prompt about it. I have 8 consecutive years of verifiable experience.
