I am very caring, attentive, empathetic and a professional at what I do. I have 14 years experience and have worked with hospice, home care and skilled nursing in my many years as a certified nursing assistant. What I love about being a caregiver are the connections I make with people and the difference I am able to make in their life. I have quite a few personal achievements that I am proud. The one I am most proud of is the hundreds of peoples lives I have touched by improving their quality of life and making their day a easier and brighter. I understand the feelings that come along with not being able to do the things one was able to do independently at one time. I am a very spiritual person and strongly believe in holistic approaches to create a balance in mind, body and soul for healing or better quality of life. I began my journey into the Caregiver when my grandmother got sick and I knew it was my calling. I really enjoy being there for others always. I am very patient and very concerned in the happiness and comfortableness of my clients. I follow instructions well and I do like to do a daily journal of my clients day so the family knows all that has happened throughout my day with their loved one.

Hello. My name is Sabrina Gonzalez and I am 28 years young. I absolutely love caring for people and doing whatever I can to help with everyday task. We only have one life and it should be full of quality care. A little about me, I am a Licensed Practical Nurse, engaged to a wonderful man, and we have a 1 year old son. I come from a close family. My mother taught me to be loving, caring, and all around kind therefore that is what I intend to do.

I am a very loving and compassionate person. I work hard to give my clients the respect, empathy, and quality of life they need and deserve. I am a strong believer in patient advocacy, Thier rights and care are of complete importance to me. I carry a lot of pride in myself and my job. It is my duty as a nursing assistant for over 20 years, to go above and beyond to make sure the care of my client is that of superior quality. I have worked in private/home care, as well as hospital/rehab and nursing home settings. Also am very knowledgeable in hospice and end of life care. I pride myself on being a very outgoing, affectionate caregiver, with lots of smiles, laughter and hugs. I feel human touch is necessary in life for healing and comfort. Also I served in the United states Army as a mechanic for 10 years, so I hold myself to high standards in my personal life and in my career fields. I never come into work or leave without a smile!

I am very passionate about the work that I do. I believe that each care plan should be individualized; and each person's needs should be evaluated and assessed on a regular basis. I enjoy the creativity that is involved with being a Caregiver, and I equally enjoy the amazing persons with whom I come into contact. In terms of my personal achievements, the one that I am the most proud of is my success and graduation from two Universities. I have a degree in both Nutrition Science and in Nursing. Similarly, I am certified in Basic Life Support, and I have an active license to practice as a Registered Nurse. In my spare time, I enjoy gardening and watching sports. My schedule is very flexible, and I work dutifully to meet the clients needs.

I have more than 15 years of clinical experience working with adults. I am a licensed Registered Nurse. I have precepted new graduates, and I have had my certification as a Medical Surgical nurse and in Basic Life Support, and in Acute Care Life Support. I am passionate about caregiving, and I enjoy working with those clients with dementia. I have volunteered with the Alzheimer's Association for the past 5 years. I enjoy helping patients with medication management and skin care. I am able to think critically, and I enjoy working as a member of a cohesive team. I also have experience working with end of life care and palliative care, and I enjoy those disciplines.

I am 38yrs old and I have worked in the healthcare industry for 18+ years. I started in assisted living doing aide duties. I then worked my way up to medication technician, then to resident care coordinator. During that time I also went to school and achieved my EMT liscence. After 10yrs at the same facility I chose to resign and Perdue my EMS career. I have always enjoyed taking care of people, it is the most fullfilling and personally rewarding thing to me. I am honest, dependable, trustworthy, and empathetically compassionate.

I have been a CNA since 2004. I absolutely love what I do. I am organized and have good time management skills. I like to clean and I like getting to know people, I enjoy hearing about peoples lives and accomplishments.

I been came a caregiver when my grandmother was sick and in need of help. It broke my heart to see that she was in need of help and wasn't getting the proper care she deserves that's why I became a caregiver so I could help people that couldn't help there self. I love it when I make a difference in someone's life, making their day by day happy and meaningful it's very rewarding at the end of the day. I been a Licensed CNA for over 20yrs wouldn't trade my work I do for nothing. I love taking care of people it's a wonderful feeling to see them happy.

I became a "care giver" actually by chance. After graduation from college, I did not immediately have employment, and I met the care needs of elderly family members. I realized that, in fact, I enjoyed it, and decided to further the art of "giving care." Working with clients gives me an amazing sense of satisfaction. Each case is individualized, and each case requires a degree of critical thinking. I feel confident that I am able to "think critically" and to work with other members of the care team to personalize the treatment plan. My graduating from college is a personal achievement for which I am proud. And, that fact does lend some description to myself. I am also a volunteer for the Alzheimer's Association, and I am an avid sports fan and gardener.
