I treat my patients as I would my own family. I'm reliable. I have compassion. I became CNA after taking care of retired Army major for two years, on 24-hour duty, seven days a week.
When I see improvement, they can walk, feed self, perform ADLs. For hospice patients, I try to release their pain, make them relaxed, comfortable. I pray for them. My patients include both men and women, I treat all with respect.
A happy marriage for 43 years, raised three children I have over 15 years of caregiving experience, started with disabled children, taking care of their health needs, such as reminding them to take medication on time, cleaning after them, helping with school, and exercise activities. I volunteered at a Hospice in Denver CO. Also took care of Elderly people, rand errands, helped with cleaning, cooking, exercise, reminding of their medication time, and taking them to doctors appointments. I love people, caring for one another is what we are all here for, It gives me such pleasure to make people happy, and put a smile on their face. That is what I live for. I love animals, and have been around animals all my life, If animal care is needed I am very knowledgeable in handling and feeding of all types of animals. I also work as a Skin Care therapist/Facialist/Massage Therapist , and would love to provide assistance with these services if needed.
