I became a caregiver before I was 18 when my grandfather was diagnosed with colon cancer. I care for him until his death. After High School my first job was as a nurse aide because I knew then that I wanted to help people not by administering medication but by letting them know that someone was there for them and I will help in any way I could. I now have a small Home Care Agency (CORRI CARES HOMECARE) in which I go to the home to take care of elderly or disabled individuals who wish to remain in the comfort of their own homes.
