I started caregiving for my grandmother who was suffering from dementia. Being a good caregiver requires a lot of patience. I provide that to people in my care and hope to assist them in ways that improve their quality of life. HELLO! My career as a caregiver started with a chronically ill father. Throughout my childhood and in my early teens my dad was very ill with diabetes Type 1. When I was 5 years old my dad lost his eyesight. As a preteen I participated in his care helping with blood sugar readings and Insulin injections.
