I have been in sales and marketing most of my 35+ years of professional experience. I got out of professional industry to take care of my parents who needed full time assistance; would trade it for the world, although I miss them terribly. Since I have grown even more interested in taking care of those in need, sharing stories and laughter...best medicine. My daily goal is to make a person laugh or smile daily.

I enjoy the ability to help others, to gain knowledge form the elderly. I became a caregiver a few years after my grandmother was put in a nursing home. I saw the love and compassion she received and this inspired me to want to help the elderly and disabled. I got my CNA when I was 18 and my EMT when I was 20. I am proud to say I have helped an number of sweet people and they in turn have taught me so much. As a mother of two children, I want to show them that loving, caring and respect of all ages, ethnicity will make this world a better place.

Since I was a young girl, I have always taken great interest in caring for others. I usually am able to tell what someone I'm caring for needs before they even know they need it. I take great pride in being able to make someone laugh or smile as I am a big kid at heart.. You're only as old as you feel.. To me, being a caregiver is effortless, although I put my all into my patients and their needs.

I have years of experience working with Alzheimer's, dementia, feeding, preparing meals, bathing, total care and all mechanical devices etc. I have 3 children which 2 is serving in the Arm Force and one daughter. I came from a family where we all worked into the medical field caring and always helping others. A few years ago my father became ill and was diagnose with stomach cancer along with having dementia. I realized being a care giver and caring for others it took a special person to do this and I realized that I had to find someone just like me to help with caring for my father until his passing. I'm a loving caring person I love to laugh and make everyone laugh and feel comfortable. I love caring for people my grandparents were sick and growing up we had to take care of them and I just want to be able to help and take care of other people that need help.. I enjoy just seeing my clients and making them laugh and just be there for them. One personal achievement in my life that I'm proud of is me never giving up when life did get hard for me!!
