Hello! N. Phoenix 5pm to 10pm only. I've been working in many aspects of healthcare since 1991. I Started out working with Young Adults with TBI and SCI injuries. I've run Alzheimer's Homes in the valley. From there I went into Hospital work as a CNA on Ortho, Med Surg, Tele, Oncology, Mental/Behavioral Health, Drug Addiction. Looking for more excitement I transferred into The Operating Room and worked as an Operating Room Assistant and later an Anesthesia Tech. Excitement got a little overwhelming so I learned to read Telemetry and was in charge of 60 plus people in the hospital on different floors. After 7 years there I left and started at Craig Hospital one of the Best rehab facilities in the country maybe the world. I was there for 13 years working with Major Brain injuries and Spinal cord injuries. In this time I became VERY proficient at working SCI & TBI. I'm a very good teacher which was part of my job educating family members so they could bring their loved ones home. I also have a VERY good understanding of TBI patients and spent Eight years working One On One with these individuals Relearning EVERY aspect of their lives again. Again, Educating family was a huge part of this job. I have tremendous experience and Impeccable references! In Twenty plus years in healthcare I've NEVER had a complaint against my license or inadvertently hurt ANY of my patients. Safety has always been my number ONE concern. I've received many awards for excellence in my years and go the extra mile to make sure my job was completed and my patients are comfortable and relaxed. After all we're here for them! I have a great personality and I'm VERY trust worthy. Im a man of my word. I work equally well with Men and Woman. My hearts in the right place. I'd love the opportunity to help you and your family member through difficult times. If you have any questions, Please feel free to inquire Thank You for stopping by! Have a Blessed day! My name is Natalie Bruce. I'm 46 years old, happily married with no children( except two adorable mini poodles). I'm originally from New England and moved to Arizona 18 years ago. I would describe myself as being dependable, resourceful, kind and as having a very strong work ethic. I am empathetic, honest, loyal and believe in the Golden Rule. I'm creative and artistic with three or four projects always in the works! Also, I have a fitness/post rehab therapy background and have been a nutritional counselor since 2002. As well as being a C.N.A./Med Tech, I've owned and operated a meal delivery service for people who have special dietary requirements or they want healthy, tasty meals in their fridge, ready to eat in minutes! Being a caregiver has enabled me to assist many people and families at a time that can be extremely difficult. I enjoy having the opportunity to give my time and expertise, and helping to preserve a person's dignity when they may feel lost. Kindness and patience goes a long way here.

Caring for those who cannot care for themselves is not only humbling, but it brings me such joy to know I'm allowed to be there for ups and downs that come along with the journey of life.
